Jesus on the cross

 Last week end, or may be Friday 

In a vision I saw a man that was on a cross

soil shirt 

hair cut short

crowd gathered around 

night time

holding fire sticks in their hands 

and he was screaming a word 'ah'

in a painful tone.

..

By the seen of it I would assume it was Jesus 

however this time focus was on the scene 

not on the feel I got on the consciousness 

of the man on the cross.

Was that Issa alai hi salam?

Probable, not sure.

It is a bit puzzling as I always saw him

in the best of nature

Joy, Radiance, Peace anchored in him

and exulting it.

This time, of course the scene was extrem

wether it was him or 'a likeness' of him, as stated in the quran

focus, was nonetheless on the scene around him and him being the centre of 'painful arrows'

Later 

the focus on the scene 

showed that it was one eye for the visible - out

and one eye for the in-visible - within

God is two eyed 

not one eyed.

This scene created the Unity/Sedition

between those who believe in the inside out effect of Spirit being One - two eyes

and those who just saw an enemy to painful kill - one eyed

I don't know more.

I am there for you

 A string vibrated

Soft music resonated

The ears perked

the attention got worried

how come she can know that

how come she can sing that

how come not me

Envy. Ignorance.

This is the attention gone sideways.

That's how you see eyes movements 

always looking sideways 

trying to steal something 

Like when you are trying to cheat your way

in an exam 

side ways 

little do you know

Energy affects consciousness

and vice versa

You are creating knots in your nervous system

the same path that you would be travelling in the 'future'

you are the one who twisted your path into knots

that kundalini burns to unknot it and straighten it.

Best advise

Be Straight

Then be Still

Do not react

keep walking 

Reacting will make you lose your energy

Energy serves the path of ascension 

Take care of your consciousness

and take care of your energy.

while it was a 'close' brotherhood before.

They are all dying by remaining seperated

they need to get it out

same with sufis 

However

Sahaj yoga, though may not die

is not doing great

The worship, I repeat

is of the Self, is within

i.e. The only thing you have to do 

is to BRING ATTENTION INSIDE.

And let Spirit do the rest.

Ego wants to know 

Spirit is the End of Knowledge.

The Void, the Silence

the Cultivation of that which is Higher 

than what you know/think

True knowledge is 

of the Self

Know Thyself

And that Self 

Is the Hidden Secret 

i.e. You as human only brings attention inside 

for God to Be for you.

Those who wants to mute you

and stifle the music you emit

only expose their ego 

showing they are not on the path

path of purification

makes you look at your own pillar in the eye

not the straw in the other

even though they are a straw

as they are the pillar projected outside.

they are You.

We are One.

The new era : Be Compassionate

 When a person or a group

'invests' time into you

it is defining you 

therefore think of you as his/her extension

hence you belong to him/her.

That is projection

that is also possessiveness

and that's why there is the other vs us

that is what we call conditioning

polished like a mirror

Why I don't reflect in anyone?

IS it because their mirror is not polished

I see people growing spiritually

And it baffled me 

how amnesic they are

that they were once ignorant

If you own Mother 

if your Ar Rahman treated you like this

would you be who you are now?

Then why do you keep judging people 

one step after the other

Energy is like blood transfusion

you save life or condemn someone.

So be compassionate.

This is the new era.

You have been zoomed in

 When I was a child

standing in the nursery school

during break time

I looked at the grass under my feet

and felt the grass is in pain as I am standing on it

then I could zoom in and out of it with my attention 

How could be that world inside of the grass if I zoomed it

as with attention I would be living in it 

now I can add 

once you live in it

you forget you zoomed in it in the first place

and you are then amnesic and forgot that it is what you did in the first place

Now I woke up 

and remembered 

to have read that the heavens are the subconscious level layers

then it strikes me 

the outside being the inside projected around us

for us to be able to see, witness it and fix it by changing course of action 

the heart is this world

this earth 

and sun moon stars are the higher realms heaven levels 

the more you purify heart 

the more it is this calm lake 

on which the images of the heaven are projected

so you can see higher realms on its mirror 

in one Hadith 

the prophet said

heart is filled between two fingers of GOD

therefore

are the moon and sun these two channels

streak of light that is flipping the earth axis? 

Is the earth the heart?

are we just one ray of attention zoomed in within 

and forgot we zoomed in it in the first place

and are now just living there ?

Lady Fatma (as) - "Have Faith"

Yesterday during meditation

I saw Lady Fatmah (as)

She gave me a scroll with a red ribbon

when I opened it

"Congratulation" was written in it

Then the hood from her face fell off

and her face was a diamond

with all its shining facets

basically what you would see

in a diamond when you look into it

I was mesmerised

so beautiful.

I can still the vivid image

When it is engraved like this

I know is alive, true

and not an overactive imagination

later today I asked and was confirmed was real

Back to yesterday vision

I saw then a huge Sun the size of it

was from head to belly and her hands were holding it

and this sun kept growing and covered her hands

and was sent to me as I was standing close.

End of vision

Today of course 

I thought is it true

and as I recalled it 

vision was vivid in its details

so the colours 

and the dynamic, like active image

I asked if I could share on blog

as permission is given 

hence I share it

The purpose is 

'To have faith'

 

The Event

 Compliance principles

such as protectorate and such for the well being of 

and better organisation of African countries

were the supportive pillars of some countries 

such as in Morocco or Senegal.

are now under a compliance wave.

is not externalised

to avoid the former to colonise and steal your rights

I saw in dream/vision 

huge waves in Saudi Arabia

with soldiers trying to control and secure

perimeters. 

Years ago, 

I saw the ocean floor

and people migrating and sitting on piers 

due to waves having made them refugees.

All nationalities.

If you look back at school curriculum of the 2000s

How did they know water, climates refugees and Carbon issues, 

would be the 2030 hot topics?

Scripted when the focal point is one.

The Event.

Compliance is needed.

Re-routing the few that will survive is being scripted now.

Knowing 

Yet still playing the game.

I do think, 

illusions are surface level script.

We are in a drama 

and just play the role

even though everything is in plain sight.

people reported them in visions.

I had no idea of such height. 

But in mine they were huge enough.

Big enough by 100m to protect data centres.

The best data centre is in truth

the cells in human beings

Everything is in the Ether 

in our cells.

However the tech is being relied on.

The AI, The Data centres, the race against time.

Why did I cry when I watched it?

Why did so many other people cry watching it?

Because our cells remember

what happened multiple times in the past.

If one must die, 

One better die free, 

knowing our true self.

So that after the reboot,

you do not have to reincarnate again to this earth

You are in a game-over scenario

with your accumulated points and karma

reincarnating there

will be hell.

The only good you can do to 

yourself

to humanity

is liberating yourself

knowing your true nature

and letting your inner sun shine.

You don't know 

there are a handful of real yogi

You don't know how they are affected.

I believe to a lesser scale

it is auto censure

muting yourself

because before the event

you will be called mad

and once it happens, too late.

Current daily 'survival' is nothing

compared to the future scenario.

And others are in such a deep illusion

Pakistanis, Indian middle class, in FOMO mode

let us not miss any international holidays Valentine, Christmas and any other

you name it. 

Like drunkards.

If you are a true yogi, 

a true muslim

a true christian

a true hindu

you should be all together

coming to the ONE true, right conclusion

It is NOT time to party

but to remember.

Again, 

you do not want to reincarnate in hell.

The Event can be delayed

can be rushed.

No one knows its time

Super calculation is in progress.

However, you do not want to miss 

the only opportunity 

while you are alive

the ONLY FOMO

should be

Am I on the path of Enlightenment?

Don't be part of a script

become the script writer.

Matrix should not be a realm

you should be the witness of it.

For the sake of humanity

For the sake of truth

remember.

Grow your sun

 During meditation

it was shown 

that you are like a bubble of attention 

at the base of spine

You receive the 'sucking pull' 

from the top of spine

while you are at its base

Most people 

receive this power 

and scatter it around

ie that's what your attention does

hobbies etc.

If you want the liberation

only 1 out of the many 

will keep attention inside

and let be sucked by the top 

ie Ascend.

Energy is gold

that is your ticket to ascension

so be STILL and let it suck you up.

Do not use energy horizontally on side 'stuff'.

It was said 

'you are like a sun 

which size grows every day

layer by layer

each layer has at atomic level 

open 'arms' like a Y

where the atoms come and fix themselves on it

this completes one layer 

between the Y arms is where the light rests

and if all the Ys are full

a perfect layer of light is created

it is how your soul, sun grows

You are indeed a STAR

SUN 

aim at 10,000 sun light.

Shine like a Star, like a diamond

 In dream 

I was told in 20 years 

the human race will disappear

and prior to that the pregnancy will be highly monitored

under scrutiny

Anxious.

I do not like these comms.

Spirit said

now that was heard

It can change it

In truth 

everything is potential as scenarios

We only dream of where 

we are heading as most potential scenarios

Truth is 

Flux is unity

spot light/scenario is a zoom of one version 

where there is separation between scenario 1, 2, 3

Often I am reminded

Even if x, y, z die 

once underground

x, y, z  do not exist.

Because they never existed

Only spirit exist

the personae was merely mental construct

Though I understand 

that thoughtless awareness is only way out

as it is only truth 

the emerging scenarios in the thought realms 

are so catastrophic

that I can t help but remember 

the ayah in quran

"He will raise people

who will love Him and He will love them

lowly before believers and harsh against disbelievers"

i.e. 

Love only exist in Spirit 

where the believers are tied to Truth/Reality 

and Reality mirror them back this Truth

That is Power.

All else, is thought form, fake.

And fiercely you know it

as Certainty.

When so, 

you are this new creation.

DNA is the one that changes you

either to a new creation of light

or down spiral you as in surah ASR

As shri mataji said in her 1981 talk

The difference between a self realised and a non realised

is same gap between human and animal

This is the metaphor 

either you follow your raw animalistic nature

and are judged by it

Beast, anti 'Kryst'

or

you refine, alchemize it 

and become a crystal/Diamond

ie go through pain and let it go 

till you become light

shining like a star or like 10,000 Suns

potential is yours

illimited.

Quan Yin appeared - Post in her Honor

 Quan Yin

''you are Quan Yin, you are Shakti'

I was thinking about the energy of the name Quan Yin

and thought so graceful.

And then spirit said that she popped on my shield

still on a lotus.

This surprised me

that is how power of the inner recall is

You just feel the energy, 

and the actual energy connection happens

So she is meditating on a lotus

It was said that it did not want to disturb her

in her meditation, not to get punished.

I found it cute

In truth, the Ascended masters and the Shakti 

are all your helpers

we just need to trust that what we feel is the actual light around us of theirs

We take for granted the sight

what about the feeling? They are more real as. connection.

She said, tell her

"There is no hope. 

The only hope is in the spirit".

The first sentence gives you a shock

the second certainty

Shock to get read of thought forms of hope

Certainty in Thoughtless Awareness is mark of spirit

and as a Mahayogi said to me 

" There is between thought form and the Absolute

a space, where you project your wish, that is called magic"

Which once a sahaj yogi heard about it

and got afraid that I do 'magic' lol

Victim mentality of leveraging ignorance to manipulate others

by being ignorant of his own nature. 

Sahaj yogi have a long way to go.

We all do magic

consciously or unconsciously

Self mastery is the difference between you and the ignorants (of the Self).

Despite the vibrations, spirit is unknown to them as their true nature.

Even after 30 years still sucking mother's breast.

When will you honour your mother?

By growing into the Spirit.

Once you become the spirit within

it doesn't matter if you purify yourself or not

because you are already fully identified to the spirit

in the thoughtless awareness

You don't need to be on path of purification

it stops purification.

Once enlightenment 

you are that already

You purify to achieve enlightenment

once achieved it is over

you stay in pure awareness SAT CHIT ANAND

Lashing out

 

Lashing out to the yogis

means that you are separate on that subject frpù the spirit within

therefore you have something to protect 

hence the antagonism

Unless ground work was done before

On the spot it is already too late to self correct

So you can only see it later on 

and intend to purify it

By observing the point of the matter

and let it dissolve.

So use the antagonism 

as a mirror to know 

what you need to let go.

Update on the cycles

The idea of the cycles 

is to do them after you raise your energy.

Then, you imagine the body empty and you 

fill it with the vibrations. 

You empty the body from inside out 

as you are not the body

Then you fill it with the vibrations/white light

from the top of head down to belly 

it is called the micro cosmic circuit in taoism/

And from the bottom of the feet to top of head 

macro cosmic circuit. 

This helps to balance the whole energy 

uniform way.

This is the path of enlightenment.

Keep your practice

Everything is energy, and that energy affects your mood, but if you witness it, i.e. observe your thoughts and actions, you will realise that sadness is also fake. i.e. not you, not your true nature. Only peace is your true nature.

So do the protocols to rise your energy, then put your attention on top of head. And note your sensations, even emotions arising such as pain and sadness. Just observe them.  

Why it works? Because your attention gets enlighten and like a laser it will cleanse you from your sadness. This is true alchemy. Your pain is a huge leverage to be transformed to something equally joyful. That's the truth.

Sitting meditation vs walking meditation.

The former helps to stabilise attention and let energy sips in, ie opening more petals.

The latter helps to stabilise attention IN movement. That is real life. 

You need both.

The walking helps to calm mind quicker. The sitting to settle in.

The cycles (hands on belly, heart, throat, forehead and massage of fontanelle) is NOT shri mataji protocole. It is so:

- hands on belly : I am perfectly ok

(leave space between hands and belly and focus on that area)

- Hands in prayer position, namaste position near heart level : Because I am the Pure Spirit Within

- Hand on forehead therefore I forgive everything, everyone

-Massage fontanelle : Power of Pure Love please purify me.

This is one cycle. 

Always put attention where your hands are. 

This will helps you burn more blockages and you will feel hands burning even more, or even sleepy, as angnya would be purifying.

Keep learning, keep growing.

Only ig you keep purifying.

Trauma and Life

I believe

all past trauma can be waved, cleansed

let it be vibrated 

it is. true

trauma will be this dense bundle of energy 

alchemised in something higher 

in a way it is a 'gift' in disguise 

as German would say.

Saved energy 

that will be itself saved 

got it? ;)

blocked energy 

is painful

however 

once you let it be transformed

it will upgrade you

there is no regret

no thing to achieve 

as light of God is perfect

it is just to uncover the forgetful state

a beauty unheard of

In truth,

everyone is its own savior

a saviour role is to show light

and remind it is in everyone 

not to oblige everyone to agree to his saving method 

The marriage of the feminine energy with the calm lake of spirit

is what I miss

when I had felt how life was truly Alive

Alpha Centauri

 In previous weeks, 

I had a dream/vision, ie as real as now. 

This is what we call in the astral.

There was a camel 

and she was licking my face

with her saliva 

lol 

It felt like to cheer me up

I couldn't breath 

at some point

too much saliva lol

So I woke up after I heard:

She is the She camel of the prophet

After checking online

I indeed found 

that the prophet Muhammad (saw) camel

was called Qaswaa 

And she had been a witness 

to all the key moments after hijra

Ie choice of the prophet mosque in Medina

and apparently the prophet was sitting on her 

for his last khutba

..

In some other dream

I saw an old lady

sitting on soil in a village

and she asked to see the picture of the prophet

like to send her love and good words of praise 

from the gentleness of her heart

words she cherished like a treasure

I do not know 

who she was

But I saw that the energy of the prophet

may be his consciousness

came back to her 

behind her back

It is an intelligent energy 

And indeed

anything good you send

is returned back to you 

mutliplied

 

No doubt

However 

doing it with love

unaware of the gift

and oblivious to the normal people

who do not have eyes of heart to see

how even a simple, poor old villager woman

thanks to her love

is loved back by the universe

Abundantly

So never undermine 

the power of the heart

ie true power of love

that is the treasure chest

once open

it does revert back to you

unbeknownst to you 

like for this old woman

Today in dream/Vision

a note about this

when I came out of it

I knew was real

ie in the astral

as it is as simple as a plug that connects you

to another dimension

once unplugged you are back here

so no effort, no control

but the experience that is your own

In one of my past trauma

which is the pain that led me

to experience the self realisation

I met the sufi teacher of the past

and I was sitting and seeing

lady fatmah face

which was a pure disk of light

big sun instead of a face

and I was describing her

and how she looked like 

while she was migrating 

from Mecca to Medina

next 

to this sufi teacher 

I asked excitedly

if in truth 

our souls transmute as stars 

and he drew for me

Centauri A and B and two others 

There were in the dream 

family and some other new sufi guy 

I met recently

once I woke up 

I did not doubt if it was true

how come I met this old sufi teacher 

so many years later in astral

as I had as proof 

the shining face of Lady Fatmah

so now after the dream

I was told the rest 

this old teacher, the family and the current sufi 

are the remaining ties, attachment 

once I let go 

then I would truly be free from illusion

one may say 

not many to let go

I just hope 

I do cultivate my awareness enough

so that this space allows me to be free from 

such reincarnation

When he was drawing the 4 stars 

on my booklet

I was thinking 

'I desire to be the brightest star'

When you know

potential is in you 

and it is your birth right to shine

for this you have to grow

and grown only happens

when you cultivate awareness

and growth

It is the birthright

of every single soul

We should just share 

to remind each other 

Like the old unknown lady 

in some remote village

Like me this unknown writer 

on that blog

Like you 

Like any other human being

The best use of your time here

Is to get self realisation

cultivate awareness

Nature is not primitive

It is leading you to your GROWTH

Natural Evolution.

Evolve or Perish.

This is Natural Selection.

It is all the more true 

on the material level (2030) and the soul level (self realisation thinning out).

I saw Shri mataji 

she had in the dream, 

a grand (or grand grand) son 

a boy child may be around 12 or so

I am not familiar with her family

and he was arguing with her 

not liking India and rather preferring 

the western life style 

more precisely 

symbolically it meant

he wanted to leave sahaj yoga

Don't consider it as a group

rather as giving up on meditation 

This is the second time I am dreaming of SM family related matters

All I can say it is surely distressful for her 

to see the sour state of affairs of her own family 

leaving the path

I am or not (?) astonished.

As Spirit often told me

Either you have the desire or you have it not.

But this is a great calamity 

when a merciful being did all her best 

and at the end material life takes priority 

it is surely a lingering pain 

More importantly

I hope this self realisation value does not get lost

Any child born realised 

as they call it

most of them 

are limited to their own circle of life 

material one 

yes there are programs here and there

yes there is an effort

but where is the actual progression?

With such a comfort on the material life provided

meditation should be pushed for more

as Lady Fatmah said to me recently, 

"I reckon

Overwhelming drive in discipline is paramount

and (pure) desire is the fire".

She always speaks deep wisdom

not one word random

I can't scribble it down quickly 

and of course there is no repetition 

so just get the jest of it

We all know our comfort zone

we need to push it 

without it

just know 

never a better life will be 

to get enlightmenet than now

At least on this earth.

But based on my past and ongoing sahaj experience

Morning meditation in ashram are skipped

group is considered the collectivity

while you can be collective as long as you are connected

the muslim like contributors are considered like a trophy or would be blamed 

for the trauma they face in name of islam 

I saw it all 

Even one Indian dared to feed me with pork unknowing to me

to prove me 'oh see you can have it'.

Of course I can have it, 

but by free will and by purpose 

not because you cheated me.

Later I puked it

my genes do not allow it.

There are two faces to each thing

Genes and purity vs conditioning 

I can for the sake of breaking conditioning eat it to break it

But will not eat it as part of my diet.

Plus it is still haram

the amount of disease you get from it

is no small feat. 

And it has nothing to do with the temperature (like in the desert by then).

However the level of hidden insult is incommensurable that Indian French girl who somehow 

never meditated in group and was always going upstairs in her ashram to avoid meditation and teaching 'muslims' lessons.

Once for all

Conditioning is when you block energy and refuse to let it evolve

you can be a muslim yogi

but don't convert me to puja and Indian customs

I love Indian customs but this is not my goal to become an Indian

and go from one to another conditioning 

I am not there to shop cultures

I just do my stuff 

I meditated and ensure I am up to speed with my own cultivation

and people who keep teasing you to test how much of a muslim or yogi you are 

Let them realise how much they are progressing

Some past events I remember 

one westerner born and bred in India

was blaming me for the maulvi who were telling the kids to go and play else where

with a stick in his hand.

I heard that and laugh, I found the scene funny 

he was funny, kids were funny, end of story.

But she still had a sour face. lol

Only years later I got it 

these are bearing trauma and hate towards muslims 

and she was trying to settle accounts with me 

Am I the chief of the muslims 

to whom you should come and complain?

Same others had such a double standard behavior

taking upon themselves to teach me how to to serve food to others 

then serve yourself

Lol 

little do they know it is part of our culture

as muslims

we at home or banquet or even in canteen 

serve others first and then if time we eat 

such are at least our family ladies

very honourable

such are muslim men 

very handsome manners

But of course 

you would project on a random person 

to your own conditioning of what muslims are 

All the way saying keep your religion 

but start sahaj yoga

If you look at Shri mataji early talks 70s-80s

She focused on you and your own practice

 the puja were introduced later to give you more power and vibrations 

However they never push it individually

instead went into deities worship mode

Deities themselves are subject to Spirit

Your aim should be direct shooting for Spirit

let chakras and deities, which are God attributes in you, find their own place

and be aligned to the One

No, instead chakras here and there

burning here and there

who cares?

Just focus on spirit 

let go of all your 'mess'

and see if you do not enter the realm of the Spirit

After 15 to 20 years

I bet they will all be stuck at the same level.

Wake up or Sahaj yoga will just disappear.

Mercy does not stay if you do not value it.

Spirit of Command

 A teacher that inspires you 

with his soul

is like a candle that lit another candle

by its flame

inspiration 

in-spire

gives you drive 

the ascent needed for your soul 

to link back to your heart

also the inspiration 

contains the element of wind

like the astral winds 

that bear you to the top

such a master had to be found 

or you would find you when you are ready 

it is only to lit your flame

sometimes 

spontaneous ignition 

happen when you have the pure desire

that is my friend the start

then you have to maintain that flame

so that the light burns the rest

refine the soul 

so the lighter the soul is

the faster its ascension 

you have to let the ropes be cut off 

ropes of attachment

followed by combustion

so that only the light be allowed to ascend.

True self knowledge 

sustain by Grace

is the only saving grace, salvation

no amount of impressive knowledge can make up 

for the fall.

Only Grace can sustain you 

and help you to arise
