I woke up suddenly
as my body was feeling sooooo light
as if weight was flushed out of me
Like that sun light was buzzing in my body
as I could feel that buzzing sound
also both feet were so cool, left channel and heart too.
I sat down and meditated
and I saw the same man with curly hair
he was holding a gold ring with Allah and Muhammad written on it
Impression was Seal of prophet ring
then he stamped it on my forehead
I jerked back to reality
and lo one hour was gone, while I felt was only 1min!
The forehead kept tingling
like cool mint
The whole day I kept remembering
the impression of this Sun Light disk
how it so smoothly dissolved his face

Before when I meditated I heard light silence
Since a week or so, I heard heavier silence
Recently I felt heavy silence, like a buzzing silence
Standing in the room, today I felt heavy silence descending from the stars

I would not say frighten, not yet, but it is deep awe
now I feel about it, and visions below, like jumping in a deep dark ocean

In vision I saw the descent of Adam and Hawa (Eve) on the Earth.
At first, Adam and Hawa walked upon the earth. Darkness all around and just a white mist raising up from the ground, and for a time they forgot who they were. They wandered, each on their side, until memory returned, and they met again. That's why it took them some time to meet each other, as they were separated.
I was told,
Your heart is no different than any other heart, difference is that it is being trained while others remained ignorant.
Then, I saw the black void within my heart expanding around me, expanding and filling my room until it touched the hearts of all others, one by one. As soon as it touched their own hearts, void connected, expanded. It was as vast as the Universe.
I was later told this void was not emptiness, but the place of spirit.
Then; I saw a gate, call it Stargate, in it a black hole, call it void.
From it horizontal lines were drawn inside out and creating my body/profile atom by atom. Blueprint of my body (was still half way through) a 3D print.
Atoms gathered, producing my face from the side, as if sculpted in three dimensions.
A clot of blood from the space (as space is full of blood) was added. And then, like a comet, leaving a trail in the sky, I landed in the womb of my mother. Her clay covered me and reconstituted me in the womb. Life was thus sent to earth.
I was told this is how souls entered the atmosphere like comets, leaving a tail, tail of these atoms of light, burning bright as they fell, becoming flesh and spirit intertwined.
Earth itself is alive, breathing with its own power. A Vast Womb I feel. Please reader, honour your mother but also the earth; if you do not honour that which is physical your physical mother, how can you feel for that which is an entire whole being surpassing your imagination?
I was told one polarity, there is both source and power from source.
Before in meditation, I felt i was in control "I meditate". Now it felt I "entered" meditation space, like when you enter a new dimension or step in through a door. It is a movement into stillness. Smooth. You are taken over by Presence of Void/Silence.
As I remember there is no difference with others as same heart, then there is no separation and the Reality is the Void.
You know, I also understand human evolution is the evolution of consciousness.
The consciousness I witnessed was the start of Adam Alaihi salam.
And you know
In these fields of consciousness
When you are alone
And there is no one else
Witnessing the prophets each entering their set place of evolution
That is a void, a garden that need to be cultivated as there is nothing.
And this witnessing of their consciousness from 'past'
Garden cultivated for us, for our future
Is witnessed by us in the Heart, in the Now
But there is in this space no past, future or the now containing these two notions
It is the witness that has separated itself in 3 to see itself from 3 perspectives
A mirror cannot see itself, it just reflect the one looking into it
So the thirst to know oneself, starts from this separation
the grand gathering is to view itself in the Eternal Now

May be in any new consciousness strata
the prophets were indeed the light bearer in a dark desert

When in nursery
I had a 'real' nightmare
where a white thin with light energy lady
was stifled like a stem
by a male energy not human
that would stifle her by wrapping itself around her
and she was like drowning
like when you know you would die and no one will know
of that calamity and you are on your own.
Of course I would surely wake up the dormitory by screaming
and then inside would feel a little bit relieved that it was a dream
and I would see two nurses/assistant taking care of me
trying to dissipate the nightmare.
Even less may be only twice in a trance like state I would remember that feeling
too vague to remember where it came from and then it would strike me it was same like in that dream.
Today while I was meditating
it is what I saw
Remember the meditation
Spiralling Kundalini awaken like a dragon
raises from beneath the lake
Lady of the Lake
and in its trail all the dust from the mud
at the bottom of the sea
would arise
and you the awakened one (at least partially)
would just see
but this seeing is magic
with no other duty that to see
the light through you eyes is dissolving these particles
atomising the past impressions, trauma and illusions.
And today
I felt and saw in details that same feeling
and finally understood what that nightmare was.
I saw the light thin energy of this white lady
she is like a stem of a tall flower
this energy was growing in between a rock
cleaved in the middle by this stem
both sides of the rock are the right and left channel
denser energy
far denser than the lady's
who is the Kundalini
When I was born
I felt stifled by the male energy that is overbearing
on this earth
too much dense
What a calamity
when the waters surrounds you
and you are born in them
you cannot pinpoint the illusion
as it is all around
no contrast for you to point at the dualism
and find your way

No chance of salvation no hope
if you cannot even have the chance to see you are in an illusion

I understood I had to put more attention

So far
I did it but quality wise was stagnant
meaning you feel it when you are undergoing a shift
Then I realised I need to let go of mind to BE in heart
even though my attention was on heart
but parts of it where still holding on mind timeline
So today instinctively through intuitive approach
my attention was put on my heart
with an intention to let it BE - only
indeed it was all cool
coolness like a fountain overflowing from heart
Same yesterday, though not same approach,
but while sitting all of sudden signficant coolness broke through my sahasara
like a fountain half cool breeze and half water like density it felt
I was told Sahasrara is breaking through
I was told for now 6K petals open
next day I asked 4K
Bewildered lol
I was told it is not constant
It makes sense
like flowers they close and open during a whole daily cycle
Still I understand it is not yet stable
And today
the vision I had was that of
A man who was holding my heart in his hand and the heart was all white and a cool white mist was overflowing through his fingers from it.
I am told vision we let them go
Yes there is always a but with me
First satisfy my curiosity and give me good news
then I let you go
I wait for the good news now : )
By the way the past week,
everyday I was having a vision of one of my past reincarnation
I used to see a few a them popping up over the past few years
but last week was in a roll
I heard that when we are progressing
these past lives appear, as their impression on soul emerges
and we see them
May be we integrate them by seeing them ?
Main point focus should be on Spirit
if only on cool breeze then you are misled
as cool breeze even may disappear at death time
so you need to ensure your attention is stabilised on spirit
Cool breeze, Holy Spirit manifestation is a great boon
to help you purify
but unless you are responsible for your attention
ON spirit during meditation
and stablised in pure awareness during the rest of the day
you cannot grow, evolve and remember Who you are
That's why a yogi once told me
He had a heart attack (figure of speech)
when going back to his city after a decade or so
and seeing the yogis were still the same, like frozen in time
