Keep your practice

Everything is energy, and that energy affects your mood, but if you witness it, i.e. observe your thoughts and actions, you will realise that sadness is also fake. i.e. not you, not your true nature. Only peace is your true nature.

So do the protocols to rise your energy, then put your attention on top of head. And note your sensations, even emotions arising such as pain and sadness. Just observe them.  

Why it works? Because your attention gets enlighten and like a laser it will cleanse you from your sadness. This is true alchemy. Your pain is a huge leverage to be transformed to something equally joyful. That's the truth.


Sitting meditation vs walking meditation.

The former helps to stabilise attention and let energy sips in, ie opening more petals.

The latter helps to stabilise attention IN movement. That is real life. 


You need both.

The walking helps to calm mind quicker. The sitting to settle in.

The cycles (hands on belly, heart, throat, forehead and massage of fontanelle) is NOT shri mataji protocole. It is so:


- hands on belly : I am perfectly ok

(leave space between hands and belly and focus on that area)

- Hands in prayer position, namaste position near heart level : Because I am the Pure Spirit Within

- Hand on forehead therefore I forgive everything, everyone

-Massage fontanelle : Power of Pure Love please purify me.


This is one cycle. 

Always put attention where your hands are. 

This will helps you burn more blockages and you will feel hands burning even more, or even sleepy, as angnya would be purifying.


Keep learning, keep growing.
