i know NOW why women likes to talk a lot!
Because they need to probe the other person's MIND!
for women are EMOTIONALLY driven, or dependant
they NEED a DIRECTION to understand things
and THUS they will EXPRESS a LOT their feelings/emotions
to get a feedback (guid-ance) from the other MIND.
ah! so clever!
but it shows that over the long term,
the woman needs to develop her mind factor
as she is naturally bent towards emotions.
which i guess little women do.

but of perception
