Pure Power of Divine Love
I am neither the past
nor the future
but the pure blissful awareness
of the Present
this is defining our True identity
and if this affirmation has been absorbed
100%
it would mean that during the day
EACH moment is lived fully
because neither our attention is stuck in some
past experience standards (of worries etc.)
which makes us HOLD ourselves to shine forth
and second, nor it is stuck in the "apprehension" of the future
so that one says "ok i am planning to save my resources (such as our
qualities, money, or words) for that "perfect future" moment,
on the SPOT IF one has the FULL pure desire to be our TRUE self
then SURELY and TOTALLY one will wish to shine wholly
with all of our ressources,
and EACH moment will be a PERFECTED
and PERFECT moment for each single actions of ours
neither too much
nor too less
but it IS just the RIGHT measure
without holding back
without regret
and thus just we bring ourselves in a settled peace within.
is it not said :
Love God,
with ALL of your Heart, Mind, Soul and strength?
each second, where one shines to our fullest potential,
are accumulated
and not wasted
and for this to happen
our FULL attention should be present
our FULL desire should be there
so that our light may be FREE to shine forth for ourselves and the others
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
-Marianne Williamson
Dear God , May my gifts begin to blossom in a way that serves Your plan. Amen
Dear God, May every aspect of my being be converted to Truth. May every cell fall into place and serve a higher plan. I no longer wish to be who I was.
I wish for more.
Amen.
From Marianne Williamson's Illuminated Prayers, pgs. 63 & 77.
The cold dark cellar
is the prison that we create ourselves
and think to be safe in it
we take refuge
refusing in reality to face our own limitation
to become our pure desire
to embody it
we think that a prison is safer than what is out there
out there is only danger
while our own limitation
however tights and burdensome
are still ok to be cooped with
as long as they are our own
we have "a hand" (of no power in reality) over it,
while the change may snatch away from us
the little that we already possess
because we do not believe in the flow of Life
we do not believe that Life is also for us
and that we are part of it
as much as it is part of us
till physical death comes
and we regret of not having lived,
and be-lieved.
Fear
Fear is the biggest of our enemy
it is the enemy of Life
Fear only feels its existence
when it exists
so we breed fear
and we think that we can at least survive
and not lose this little of property that remains
because how the unknown be kindness to us
when the known is already so burdensome?
because we do all that we can
to make ugly that which is beautiful in us
but this we can never accomplish.
we can never make ugly the Face of God within us
His Light
His Shine
this very inner beauty, shining star that we have all heard of.
because of this inimaginable gift
because of this priceless gift
we do not believe to be its depository.
how could we have such a generous gift
of a priceless treasure within,
when ourselves we are so stingy?
how could it exist within,
when we do not see it being manifested?
because we forgot,
that the deal was that we are to recognise it,
for we are its bearer.
and above all,
in reality,
we are afraid of its power
to accomplish everything we can wish for
we are afraid to face the unknown
for this power of Love is all the opposite of us.
For it is Love
and i am Fear
it is Light
and i am in darkness upon darkness
it is open
and i am closed...
some would say,
the Perfect match!
like the day is to the night
or the male to the female
so is the Hope to the Fear
indeed,
it is He, whose presence fills the cup of the thirsty
that brings to completion and perfection
the lowest of the low
to the highest of the heights
and i realised
the forsaken one and the blessed
were both the same
while the witness raised upon the couch
the couch,
that was there for me to sit upon
so that both faces of the same coin
the whole picture
the turning of seasons
could be observed
raising from the actor
to the viewer
and the whole world view changed.
also in our naïvety, or call it forgetfullness
in our refusal to Self Trust
in our stubborness
we go to the extent of destroying ourselves
to prove to the world
that we are right,
we are just miserable and without support/resources.
only we feign this, in order not to go out of our ways to realise our dreams,
not to live our heart desires.
because we are coward
we do not want to shed off our limitations
we do not want to go out of the cocoon
even if it has become a prison for the butterfly
but we prefer to nip it in the bud
and let ourselves choke.
because we fear
we fear to face our real fears
for it means to let them go
it means to face them
and use the power within to move forward
and become what we already are
the beauty within
we all have our own shine
when we face our fears
they dissolve
and we receive in its stead
The Face of God
The Beauty within embodied
the one which has been recognised
and allowed to blossom
the japanese have a word for this :
Some might be familiar with "wabisabi," a term that refers to the appreciation of beauty that resides within things that slowly alter their appearance with time. The term has come to represent a quintessentially Japanese sense of aesthetics and culture.
"Wabi-sabi is the most conspicuous and characteristic feature of traditional Japanese beauty and it occupies roughly the same position in the Japanese pantheon of aesthetic values as do the Greek ideals of beauty and perfection in the West."[1] "if an object or expression can bring about, within us, a sense of serene melancholy and a spiritual longing, then that object could be said to be wabi-sabi."[2] "[Wabi-sabi] nurtures all that is authentic by acknowledging three simple realities: nothing lasts, nothing is finished, and nothing is perfect."[3]
The words wabi and sabi do not translate easily. Wabi originally referred to the loneliness of living in nature, remote from society; sabi meant "chill", "lean" or "withered". Around the 14th century these meanings began to change, taking on more positive connotations.[1]Wabi now connotes rustic simplicity, freshness or quietness, and can be applied to both natural and human-made objects, or understated elegance. It can also refer to quirks and anomalies arising from the process of construction, which add uniqueness and elegance to the object. Sabi is beauty or serenity that comes with age, when the life of the object and its impermanence are evidenced in its patina and wear, or in any visible repairs.
After centuries of incorporating artistic and Buddhist influences from China, wabi sabi eventually evolved into a distinctly Japanese ideal. Over time, the meanings of wabi and sabi shifted to become more lighthearted and hopeful. Around 700 years ago, particularly among the Japanese nobility, understanding emptiness and imperfection was honored as tantamount to the first step to satori, or enlightenment. In today's Japan, the meaning of wabi sabi is often condensed to ″wisdom in natural simplicity.″ In art books, it is typically defined as ″flawed beauty.″
and in truth
it is no mere words
all, absolutely ALL
even the most imbalanced people
have within this beautiful shining light
but you do not see theirs
because you do not see yours to start with
and as light is ONE
yours is veiled to you
so is theirs to you
and they do not see it
because they are OBLIVIOUS to their own beauty
they end up to dis-believe in their own beauty
after having feign that it existed not within
by dis-associating themselves from their Trust
they forgot who they are.
and now,
wander
like shades.
though light is one step away
but for them
it is like a whole light year away from them
so far has their forgetfulness dis-associated them
from their inner nature.
this very beauty is found
when you choose to see it
the mere wish to see it
leads you to FIRST confront your fear
the lie that you created to justify your poor condition
this very lie that is covering it
the light itself is not in prison
for it is light
but YOU are in prison
because you are its bearer
and instead of experiencing it
and letting it BE
and expand
and grow
you prefer to call yourself a prisoner
instead of a trustee of the Light
because thereby you can keep the little you think you have
instead of risking it to receive more
but the fear is your own disbelief in your capacity
to use your power within
to accomplish your pure desire
this movie is great to see,
here is an eye-opening commentary on it.
Are you ready to live a fairytale? The Lifetime Original Movie “Lying to Be Perfect,” starring Poppy Montgomery and airing January 30 at 9 pm et/pt, will inspire you to begin living your happy ending. After watching this enjoyable modern day take on the Cinderella story I felt pardoned and empowered. Let’s face it, we all have told a tinsy lie about ourselves. Am I the only one who has “accidentally” entered the wrong weight on the treadmill? Ok my bad. But lies do more damage to us than we sometimes realize. Stopping us from getting to our full potential. Trying to be the perfect size and shape in a media crazed world filled with princess images can be tough.
In the film, Nola Devlin (Poppy Montgomery) is an unassuming, frumpy magazine editor who is overlooked and teased by her coworkers. When the sun sets, though, and she is behind the glow and anonymity of her computer screen, she becomes the famous and “reclusive” advice columnist Belinda Apple. Belinda becomes for the women in the film what we all sometimes need. A “fairy godmother”, encouraging us to recognize the undiscovered beauty within and prompting us to achieve our goals. Nola’s friends tired of being overworked and overweight, band together to create the “Cinderella Pact,” vowing to lose pounds by following the advice of their “fairy godmother”.
As I watched a scene from the film, I recalled a conversation I had with my niece Shelby a few weeks earlier. I overheard her singing “I don’t want to be your Cinderella sitting in a cold dark cellar.” I nearly dropped my plate when I heard this. I was so taken by these words. Early on in the movie, Nola’s character says that sometimes it’s easier for Cinderella to hide out versus go out and find real happiness. When I asked my niece what the words of the song meant, she said you’re not supposed to hide away from the world because you’re afraid you have to go out and live your dreams. With 7 in 10 girls feeling that they don’t measure up in some way this is a message that we need to get across and the film does that. Nola learns this life lesson although the journey for her isn’t always easy.
Early on, binging on sweets was a way that Nola comforted herself when things went wrong. Her overeating was a symptom of a chronic problem experienced by so many of us. Fear. Fear of failure, fear of love, fear to speak up for yourself. Nola is forced to take her own alter ego’s advice and confront her fears when her secret identity is threatened. Through the process she learns that she is stronger than she thought she was and she had the power within all along to live her dreams.
Belief in yourself is the first step to getting fit and healthy. Nola’s friends, her step sisters of sorts initially think their fairy godmother helped to give them the confidence to go out and lose the weight. As the friends drops dress sizes, their real issues are exposed, and better-than-expected life changes begin to blossom. Including love for Nola with a real prince charming played by Adam Kaufman. Nola’s love interest is attracted to her even before she begins to shed the pounds. He sees the beauty in her before she does.
Nola works for a wicked boss at a magazine called Shine. Through self discovery Nola learns that she has her own shine. A star quality that was always there but needed to blossom.
After watching the film, I felt pardoned from those times where I felt bad about myself and empowered to continue creating my own happy endings. If you want to live the fairytale, watch “Lying to Be Perfect”. It is the perfect feel good movie and that’s no lie.
when i am with You
i like who i am
i am free
and nothing bother me
all is a discovery
it is said that you are Great
Higher
Higher than thoughts and false sense of identity
higher than our own misinterpreted experiences
whose consequences are that we are afraid of their life
of Life itself when it re-present itself in front of us
if you are that Higher
then where are you
when i forget you?
aren't you suppose to absorb the barriers
those that i raise between the me and the You
if the i is the only barrier between me and you
then if the removal is only in my surrendering
then what for all of this conditioning?
that very conditioning
is the one which makes me doubt You
because i learned that it was from You.
but now i have to learn to unlearn
that you were not in religions
which are only remnants of past Glory of Yours
when You used to be remembered in hearts still alive
dead hearts are just hanging on glories of past
while you are in the Present
Man has never imagined that you could have been so close
and so different, so aloof from man-made conceptions of Your Message.
Your only message has been that You are One and Only and these are your messengers
but this single Message, has always been forgotten
At times i wonder
if we are unable to remember this single Message
let alone to commune-icate with You.
unable to even open eyes
let alone to observe the horizon
so that rare are those who have even started to explore your Kingdom.
The Master of Love
is the ever-present and yet forgotten shield
inside every person
He is the shield that spare you from trouble
and the sword that cut very strange attemps at you
even if faces of people take religious or friendly colors
Master of Love's discernment is even sharper
so that It let no doubts enter into you
what is more complete than Love?
nothing could over-power Love except Love itself
so that through life
you can only increase in Love/Light
Light upon light
it is simple shield
most powerful
yet oh-so-easily forgotten
because we mistake our self with thoughts or emotions
while they are only passing clouds
while the Master of Love is Ever-Present.
so Master of Love so far i have taken no step but when i do, it will only be with You even if it is only a few steps for even in only one step the Whole of You would be there.
This is a very beautiful music in the background
feels like a soul piercing and rising
the song also equally beautiful
It is sad, when one does discover his heart desire
and choose to forget it.
why do you think,
the meeting happened in the Mosque at the end?
It is The House of God
if you desert it, after you found within/in it
your heart desire
then you leave it in ruin.

What is the importance of good and bad thoughts?
and why on earth is it said to send good thoughts, even to your "enemy"?
i find that this article illustrate it so well, especially for pragmatic people : )
French+English version below.
............
Les oiseaux blancs et les oiseaux noirs
« Béni soit qui me hait, béni soit qui m'aime... Moi je ne veux qu'aimer ! », disait Victor Hugo.
propre oiseau noir, lorsque celui-ci revient vers lui.
A Teaching story from Tierno Bokar
“In relation to one another,” he said, “humans are comparable to
walls located facing one another. Each wall is pierced by a multitude of
small holes where white birds and black birds are nested. The black
birds are bad thoughts and bad words. The white birds are good thoughts
and good words. Because of their form, the white birds can only enter
into holes for white birds and the same for black birds who can only
nest in holes for black birds. Now, imagine two men who believe they are
enemies of each other. Let us call them Yousef and Ali.
One day, Yousef, persuaded that Ali wishes bad for him, feels full of
anger for Ali and sends him a very bad thought. In doing this, Yousef
releases a black bird and at the same time liberates a corresponding
hole. His black bird flies towards Ali and looks for an empty hole
adapted to his form to nest in. If, from his side, Ali has not sent a
black bird towards Yousef, that is, if Ali has not emitted any bad
thought, none of his black holes will be empty. Finding no place to
lodge itself, Yousef’s black bird will be obliged to return to its
original nest, taking with him the evil which he was burdened with, an
evil which will end up eroding and destroying Yousef himself.
But let us imagine that Ali too has emitted a bad thought. By doing
this, he has liberated a hole in which Yousef’s black bird will be able
to enter in order to deposit part of his evil and accomplish there his
mission of destruction. During this time, Ali’s black bird will fly
towards Yousef and will alight in the hole freed up by Ali’s black bird.
Thus, the two black birds will have obtained their goal and will have
worked to destroy the men whom they were each destined for.
But once their task is accomplished, the birds will each return to their nest of origin because, it is said: ‘Everything returns to its source.’Since
the evil they were burdened with is not exhausted, this evil will turn
against their authors and will end up destroying them. The author of a
bad thought, of a bad wish, or of an ill-spoken word is therefore
attacked by both the black bird of his enemy and by his own black bird
when this latter returns to him.
The same thing happens with white birds. If we emit only good
thoughts towards our enemy, whereas the enemy only addresses bad
thoughts to us, the enemy’s black birds will not find any place to lodge
themselves with us and will return to their sender. As for the white
birds who bear good thoughts that we have sent to him, if they find no
free place with our enemy, they will return to us charged with all the
beneficial energy which they are carrying.
Thus, if we emit only good thoughts, no evil, no ill-spoken words can
ever reach into our being. That is why one should always ask for
blessings on both one’s friends and one’s enemies. Not only does the
benediction go towards its objective to accomplish its mission of
pacification, but also it comes back to us, one day or another, with
everything with which it is laden.
This is what the Sufis called “desirable egoism”. It is the valid
Love of Self, likened to respect for oneself and for one’s neighbor
because every man, good or bad, is the depository of a part of the
divine Light. That is why the Sufis, in conformity with the teaching of
the Prophet, do not want to soil either their mouth or their being by
bad words or bad thoughts, even by apparently benign criticisms.”
Because of the principle that wills that “everything returns to its
source” he urged his students to only generate their most pure spiritual
vibrations by consecrating their thoughts and tongues to the recitation
of the Name of God (dhikrullah).
Many thanks to Sacred Web.
You let go of thoughts (they are of past or future, but never of the present)
for only Hu is (of the ) Present
and Hu begets not, nor is begotten
so why these thoughts?
where they are born from?
from this inner well
that keeps being cleansed
and thoughts are rising
and being thrown out
but like your father if you try to recuperate the old things that the mother is throwing out of the garage
we are never going to end the cleaning! : ))
so, when thoughts arise
or problematic or tensed situation arise
or just situations arise : ))) watch the event while putting your attention at the base of the well from where all mounts up, i.e. 1cm below your navel
this will help you to center yourself and not being thrown overboard! : )
as in the present you are thinking
you think that you are present
but no
Hu is the Present
and Hu is Joy
it is the same Hu that all of the environment utters
like the pigeon
have you listen to it, it says Hu, Hu, Hu and this Hu manifested in the pigeon is of a gracious nature the pigeon is a gracious manifestation of that Present State of Mind so is the nature
for is it not said that nature makes the zikr of Allah that you do not understand?
this Hu zikr is so that it manifests the present spontaneously
as no pigeon blocks it : ) with its thoughts
nor trees block it with their own ideas
and its mark is of the Present
is Grace and Flow
it is JOY
likewise
in human nature that Hu is present
that Joy is present
just thoughts cover it
can you imagine?
i suddenly felt in awe
if one becomes a thoughtless, a fully thoughtless human being
and the Hu of the Present
manifest then through us
then such a shining Beauty one should be?
for if it is is so with trees
what could it be with a human being?
so that you be the joy
for joy is not thoughts
so you empty the vessel/mind for joy to shine
joy does not come
it already IS there
and it is Present
it is your present/gift
and if you feel hurt look at where you felt a hurt where you felt it for it is not you who are looking but the Healing Motherly Love through your eyes and it is gone, healed!
: )
Look at it,
down,
there, right in the heart
and also
a little bit further down,
in the belly
The inner warm, soft, light fulfilling and melting wave
how has it risen?!
just like this
spontaneously
which heavenly words where i listening to?
"his eyes were so pure and so full of devotion and humility."
that was what opened my ears to the talk,
like when one is completely asleep
and somehow raise ears when something catch your attention : )))
then,
there :
Everybody seems to be very knowledgeable and start telling, what is the
best, what is not the best, what is not good, and once they start
saying something like that, the mind becomes reflective. If the mind is
not reflective, then you have thoughtless awareness. Watch anything –
just to watch, just to witness, you should not reflect, if you are using
your mental power then this power subsides. This is a very common
defect with people, because I think you people are more intelligent,
they would think maybe, I think you are well educated, might be – I
don’t know, whatever you think. But this reflecting mind is a very
dangerous thing for spirituality, you will never grow and then with a
reflecting mind you will have different emotions, with something you
reflect on somebody. Now, if it is your son or daughter or something,
you’ll get identified with it. Identification with someone is
artificial it is not in reality. But because of this mind, reflects, it
identifies. Now, many identifications, you have dropped out, for
example, you’re bias about religion, about races, about maybe
nationalities, you have dropped out. But still I would say, the
reflecting mind still acts. And this is the greatest hurdle for the
progress of Sahaja Yogis of today. I’ve been thinking why is it the
reflecting mind, is so active in the Sahaja Yogis of today? If you
could stop reflecting, immediately you establish yourself in the ocean
of peace. You watch something, you just watch, there is no ripple of
thought in your mind. Then you become extremely creative, you become
extremely dynamic, you become extremely compassionate. You have no
fear, some people think, if you are compassionate, you see this man
might (letch?) with you, you have no fear. All what you have to enjoy,
you can only enjoy when you do not reflect. That means that you leave
everything to the Divine. You are not in charge. You don’t see that
you have to be reflecting on something. This is the greatest power you
have got – is not to reflect.
petals : so we just watch life around and do not reflect. in a way, it is like when you look at yourself being a well, and things kept being thrown out of it so you do not run towards the thing thrown out but keep watching that the well is being emptied so you watch your daily life on the spot especially, when you feel a sting, it is THERE that you WATCH it because you allow it to go of course, you will fail nearly always : )), till you get it. THE POWER TO LET GO : ) very few use it, because we know not what remains when we let go so we stick to analysis and reaction, as it fills our inner void and emptiness but that is the one we have to face and as it is an unknown territory to us we never wish to be left in emptiness BUT that is were the talk becomes sweet :
when we reflect we absorb, when we reflect on something, we absorb that
thing. And mostly our attention goes to the defects of others. This
person is no good, that is not good, her hair is not alright, her sari
is not alright – this that and all nonsense. So what are we doing, we
are absorbing all the bad things also. Now when you start admiration of
something, then what happens that you may not get the bad things but at
least you are on a better line. But still the admiration in
thoughtless awareness is really very deep. I saw this in the eyes of
this great scientist, absolutely he was just one with me and his eyes
were like an ocean of peace.
Mother,
you do not sleep
by night and day you remain awake
and as a mother
you wait that may be
once
her child
will look up at her
right in her eyes
and recognise her
but for this to happen
eyes should see
and they cannot see till
they are clouded by thoughts activity
for thoughts are much more than passing
they are the veils
which separate us
from The Present
we have never lived in the Present
and very often as shy children do
it is when time of departure of the guests and their children
the host children will miss them
and it is always a few minutres before the departure
that friendliness rises
and hardlyhas one started to bond together to enjoy
that little time for enjoyment remains
so is the human being's fate
it is when, if he is merciful to himself, he opens his eyes to The Present
that he sees his Mother
and by then, the time of separation has drawn so near
that little time remains to enjoy
-petals
This sets in, this reflection sets in, waves of thoughts in our mind. I
have already once described by drawing. How the energy that falls on
the right side goes to the left side and that which falls on the left
side goes to the right – crosses over because of the two types of cells
we have. Then out of this energy that goes to the right, the energy that
goes to the left, it is sucked in partly into the sympathetic. Now,
whatever is left out is the one that reflects. That is the way it goes
on reflecting. Now, if you can suck in all that energy and put it on
our sympathetic then all our energies will be 1,000 fold, much more.
You will not be tired, you will not be unhappy, you will be able to
stand lots of nonsense, but we’ll not call it a nonsense, we’ll not
think it’s a bad thing, so it has no effect on us. This quality we have
to develop.
-petals : see : ) how it is said, the right energy goes on left the left on the right and what remains is the one that reflects but if you let all being drawn into the sympathetic then you are free
and make yourself empty like making a screen clean so that this time the energy projects in a spontaneous way on your inner screen that which you are to enjoy in the Present.
This is called the "minimum of the minimum", meaning the first step on the path. more is to come when one work for it :
We are collective, we are nice to each other, we don't
tell lies, we don't try to destroy anyone. That means we are much above
human failings and this is only because of the light. You can see where
you are faltering. It's just you see for yourself. For that, I think meditation
is the most important thing.
Every day you should do meditation. Those who do not
do meditation are capable of falling down because meditation is like putting
oil into the lamp. Those who do not meditate, think they can do without
it, are sadly mistaken. They have to meditate morning and evening. The
problem is everything comes so handily, so simple that they don't understand
that meditation is very important.
Not you, but there are many I know who get Realization,
who don't meditate and their style is different. Their nature is different.
Meditation is such a soothing thing ... a beautiful way of connection
with the Divine, that all your problems get solved in that meditative
moment.
If you are not meditating, you are not following meditation,
then maybe your light will go down. It won't give sufficient light. It's
important, very important to find out about yourself, about others in
the meditation.
How to do meditation, many people ask. Don't do anything,
just go into thoughtless awareness. Try to go to the thoughtless awareness.
If you can get into that condition of thoughtless awareness, you can do
your job becausethat's the point where you are with the truth, with the
reality, with the joy....
When you meditate try not to make some sort of a function
out of it - no. Meditation is something silent in yourself, silence in
your thoughts and going to that deep ocean which is within you, itself.
But supposing you don't do that, if you don't meditate. I can make out
immediately those who are meditating and those who are not. It's not difficult
for Me.
Those who do not meditate are always hesitating. They
are confused. They can't understand. And that's why meditation is the
most important thing....Just like a light burns with the electricity flowing
in it, in the same way meditation is a continuous availability of the
Divine Force. That will reduce all your agitations.
Not only that, but it takes out all the negative thoughts.
It takes out all the discouraging things. Andwhen you are meditating
like that, thoughtless awareness, then you will be amazed how you are
helped from within and without. It's a terrible power that works, this
thoughtless awareness. So those who do not meditate cannot go very much
far with the advantage of Sahaj Yog....
If you are in thoughtless awareness, what happens to
you is that you get the confidence, complete confidence of divinity. You
know you have it....Meditation will give you security.... It will give
you are a real enlightenment and a complete connection with the Divine.
Without the connection of the Divine, what's the use of doing Sahaj Yog?...
I've talked so much about meditation before, but today
when I see all these candles burning, I think they are all meditating.
They are all in meditation and that's how they're growing. In the same
way, Sahaja Yogis who meditate, I know. And those who don't, I know. And
if they have problems, I know why the problems are there....
It's very important to become thoughtlessly aware because
then there are no thoughts coming from the left or the right, from the
past or the future. Just in the present you are there. It's something
you all have. It's not that I'm saying that to you, but all of you have
this, but steady yourself. You have to steady yourself at thoughtless
awareness. How long - that's not the point. The point is once you've touched
it, you'll go on touching it....
It is always described in all the great books, but not
so clearly as I am telling you.... Even for a second, if you get it, it's
a very good idea. Then you go on increasing that second.
I think it's a reflecting mind. When you look at something,
you can become thoughtlessly aware and then your mind deflects to the
depth of what you see. That's how you all will become really very creative
Sahaja Yogis....
Many people are here who will say, 'Mother, we don't
get that state.' Try. Try that. I don't believe you cannot get it. All
of you can get that thought that 'I can get it.' And you will get it.
In that, you don't have to discard anything, you don't have to see anything,
just go into meditation and you will be amazed how it will work out. Of
course, you are very much there, most of you, but still, I would say,
increase that thoughtless awareness, that area....
So today's message is that while you are meditating,
go into thoughtless awareness. No thought is important because it's your
own creation. But if you have to become one with the divine creation,
you have to get to that state of thoughtless awareness, minimum of minimum.
And that comes to you gradually if you grow and you'll be amazed how you'll
be able to grow into Sahaja Yoga in a very big way.
I really like this short and to the point post about surrender :
may i benefit simply from it :
What does it mean to 'Surrender'?
What is the Significance of Realization?
Why is Meditation important in Sahaja Yoga?
What does our Spirit represent?
What is the importance of our Attention in Sahaja Yoga?
How does Kundalini energy make us aware of our Chakras?
First is to Surrender
Though your consciousness is enlightened by
self-realization it is not yet enlightened by joy. That is, something
happens to all of you gradually, as I told you, and should happen to all
of you as soon as possible. What is there to surrender - the force that
itself is flowing towards you and nourishing. Do we say the lotus has
surrendered itself to its fragrance? Do we say that the sun has
surrendered itself to its brilliance? Do we say that the moon has
surrendered itself to its coolness? It would be absurd to say like that.
The word ''surrender'' sometimes can mean only, at the most, in the
context of Sahaja Yoga that we surrendered our egos, our limitations,
and our shallowness, what we have achieved is... our own. We have
surrendered all that is useless for something that is great and eternal.
This weight of the ignorance has to drop out. (Switzerland, 1983)
petals : i had always read in quran, surrender, surrender, surrender i always wonder ok but HOW?! After Realization
Now those who have got realization, those
who have felt the vibrations must know that they are now developing into
another being. The germination has started, and you must allow the
germination to work out in its own way. But normally when we get
realization also, we don't realize that it is a tremendous thing that
has happened within us. That this triggering, which is an impossibility,
has taken place within us and it has to work out slowly. It has to
develop and evolve us into that and because we don't feel it, we don't
take it that seriously, as we should, our realization does not grow.
Moreover, we are surrounded by people who have not
felt the vibrations. They don't know this area, they have never seen it.
… They don't know that there is a power of God that exists, which
understands, coordinates, cooperates with you, which is working in the
collective being, which makes you aware of that collective being and of
others also.
So one has to realize that it is love, and love is the
basis of all this creation. God has created this world this universe
only because He loves you and He wants to bestow His blessings on you
because He loves you. But how far you love yourself is the problem. How
far you understand yourself is the problem. You don't evaluate yourself
and that is the reason why, though the Kundalini has risen and you have
got realization, your vibrations are flowing, the growth is very slow.
Because attention has been outside and even after realization it is
outside. Sometimes it is sucked in and again it goes outside. Then we
don't change our old habits at all. We go on sticking to these old
habits. Our structure of life, our styles of thinking, continues to be
the same. Again we find ourselves lost into the same shambles.

Importance of Meditation
Now you all have realized by this time that within us
lays the peace, the beauty, the glory of our being. There's an ocean of
all that. We cannot seek it outside. We have to go within - what they
call "in the meditative state" you seek it, you enjoy it. Like when you
are thirsty, you go to a river, or you go to an ocean, and try to quench
your thirst. But even the ocean cannot give you sweet water. So, how
can anything that is spread outside give you that deep thing that is
within you. You are trying to find it outside, where it does not lie. It
is within us, absolutely within us. It is so simple because it is your
own. It is within your reach, just there. Whatever you have been
doing-going out to find the joy, is so-called joy, and is so-called
happiness, so-called glory of worldly powers and worldly possessions.
You have to reverse it back - the whole thing. You have to project
'within yourself'. It was not wrong that you went out. You should not
feel sorry for what you have done so far. It was not a correct way to
get to the real joy of life, the "real glory" of your being. It has
worked in so many people, that you have entered into that subtler
understanding. Some people are only at a mental level, maybe, doesn't
matter. Maybe some are only at a physical level that they can feel it.
It doesn't matter. But you are on the correct lines. You are moving
correctly.
Try to meditate. Meditate more, so that you reach that
inner being. And this inner being is the vast ocean of bliss, which
exists in every one of us. In the vast flood of light, that floods
everybody's inner beauty. So to approach it, you have to go "within"
yourself, by denying things which are against it, against your movement.

Representation of Our Spirit
What is Spirit? What work is it doing residing within
us and how is it related to God? It is said that Spirit is the
reflection of God in our heart. This reflection is like that of the sun
in water. Although reflection of the sun is seen in water, he is away in
the sky and not in water. Similarly Spirit is as much as it is seen, it
is beyond all that and not limited by it. But, for any reflection to be
clearly visible the mirror, which is the cause of that reflection must
be clean. If the mirror is not clean, or instead of mirror a stone is
there, the sun's reflection will not be seen in it. In the same way,
that may look disturbed who has not yet become clean like mirror, so
that he can see the God's reflection within himself. Although the sun is
seen taking different shapes on the ripples of flowing water, he is
steady at his place and it is only his reflection that changes its
shape. Similarly, the reflection of Spirit appears to be absent or it
just shines for a moment and disappears, in the person who is full of
sin and wickedness or whose heart is loaded with false ambitions and
desires. It thus entails that all these - body, mind, intellect, ego
etc. that we know, should be converted into a mirror. (18.08.1979,
Delhi)
Importance of Attention
Spirit is never disturbed or destroyed. Only human
attention, in pursuit of desires, leaves its inner path. This is
illusion. She (the illusion entering our path) has been intentionally
created. Without her the attention would not have developed. You should
not be afraid of illusion and should recognize her so that She will
illuminate your path. Cloud hides the sun as also makes it seen. In the
same way once the illusion is identified she moves aside and the sun is
seen. The sun is always there but what is the purpose of cloud? Because
of cloud you have an urge to see the sun, which shines for a moment and
again hides somewhere. It gives strength and courage to your sight to
see the sun. (Mithya, 05.05.75)
Kundalini energy and our Chakras
Kundalini energy that is residing in us has been
placed in us by God and has been created by His desire. Kundalini energy
creates our mirror, develops it and cleans it. Slowly She (the motherly
and soothing spiritual energy within us) makes it capable of receiving
in itself the reflection of Spirit. In Sahaja Yoga you know that
awakening of Kundalini is very easy and spontaneous. But Sahaja Yogis
must know that they have come to Sahaja Yoga primarily to clean their
mirror, to wash their sins and past deeds, to become purified of all the
dirt that has been accumulated within from time immemorial. They have
not come to collect sins and dirt, but to become pure. Many Sahaja Yogis
are aware that Kundalini is that current which passes through their
Chakras and awakens their Chakras. When the light comes on your Chakras
you can know their condition even on your fingertips. This is the
knowledge. This alone is to be known. So far the knowledge that you have
had was not enlightened. There was no light in it. Now because of the
light, you can know which of your chakras have problems. There is a way
to clear the Chakras of those problems;
how to do it is also taught in Sahaja Yoga. You cannot see the filth so
long as there is no light. It is not visible in the dark. You will see
it when light illumines within you. So the first object is, to
accomplish the light, to what people call - achieving the truth or
knowing the truth. First we should know the truth and in the truth we
initially come to know what our qualities are. In Sahaja Yoga, man
easily accepts his faults, because he can see them in the light.

Today, i learned
that there is no one
nothing to aim for
even if you project it
and it exists for you
there is indeed like a transparent glass
between your projection and yourself
why?
because you are always one
alone
you came to this world alone
and you will depart from it alone
in the meanwhile most fall into the trap
and think they can have or behave for a certain purpose
but very few wish to be
and when you ARE
then you realise that you are alone
on the spot you may find the idea odd
but when the baby is born
his loneliness brings joy all around
that is the true state to be considered
when talking of loneliness
it is nothing depressing
it is to learn to get intune with this inner ever-present discipline
this inner power
the same that makes waves of sea move so harmoniously
harmonious in sound and movements
that same kind of inner power is hidden in us
and we just need to attune to it
so it is not about "wanting" it with our mind
and with confused wishes and purposes
nor does one need an external power to sustain us for it
the most beautiful way, is :
the UNSOUGHT SPONTANEOUS PERFECTION
it is like it is pointing to your inner calmness
where this power lies dormant
and already is enjoying itself
but as our attention is caught up in the outskirt of the tornado
the silence within cannot become a source of delight
the UNSOUGHT SPONTANEOUS PERFECTION
isn't it THIS the real promise already existing in us?
Hu : is the Universal Sound emitted by everything around,
even the pigeon : )
Shakespeare Sonnet 116
Sonnet 116 Let me not to marriage of true minds admit impediments.
Let me not to the marriage of true minds Admit impediments. Love is not loveWhich alters when it alteration finds, Or bends with the remover to remove:O no! it is an ever-fixed mark That looks on tempests and is never shaken; It is the star to every wandering bark, Whose worth's unknown, although his height be taken.Love's not Time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks Within his bending sickle's compass come:Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks, But bears it out even to the edge of doom.If this be error and upon me proved, I never writ, nor no man ever loved. William Shakespeare (1564 - 1616)

I love this sonnet.
I love this poem the first time i read it i was so happy to see that such writer and similar people to whom he was giving voice had felt that kind of Love so that his very writing was testifying for the existence of such a Love.
like such voices were still alive and their presence was the proof of that True Love.
the marriage of true minds Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds but is an ever fixed star to every wandering bark whose worth unknown, though its height be taken
it looks on tempest never to be shaken
how our own experience may near such Love?
the closest example i found today is the Innocence.
before i used to say if only it was possible to regain innocence.
because i used to feel that once we have grown up time has left its mark upon us and it is too late to even dream of innocence.
whatever you may do you will ALWAYS have the mark of time upon you such as memories which have by their very presence cancelled innocence in you. too late.
so the only way to regain innocence would be to erase all memory of your experiences in yourself and erase yourself from people's mind.
i honestly looked for that. could such a method exist? and was it possible to regain innocence? while by definition innocence is something that is ONLY the initial nature (so a return to it is impossible! if you have lost it , it is impossible to regain it).
that used to be my conviction.
and yet! one day i saw the face of a person who had GAINED in innocence how was it possible to GAIN innocence? that was in TOTAL contradiction with the trend of life!
his face had been completely radiating SAME innocence that a baby face does! it was like he had found the face of innocence as when he was born. and this innocence was increasing with time on his face and his manners were also becoming softer so was his speach.
that was amazing for me.
that is when i gained hope yes, innocence CAN be regained!
so before i could witness but not understand the source of this change.
now, i can understand the source of this change, and : ) do miss seeing such faces around me.
for these faces are a living testimony of a true desire of a person for God. what else? if not for True Love?
Today, i learned that the innocence, Bless be the name of God, i am so happy i have to digress again,
do YOU REALISE? one CAN REGAIN INNOCENCE WHILE BY DEFINITION i used to think once lost, it IS LOST.
: ))
so innocence is this center of energy in us, which get more and more unclouded from that which was not innocence in us
like the sun which was never gone but only dark clouds had to be removed so that sun may be seen again shining
this is why it appears that a person becomes more and more innocent. in reality the innocence was always there but it was just clouded
the most important for this is to follow the path towards this goal and that is not to seek faults/criticism of others
for we are just using out cunning wits to thicken the clouds in us while we could just let them go with the wind
when the wind lead us to meet people it is for us a helpful test for "they" are just our INSIDE projection we project them and their opinion of us becomes what we believe "who we are" so we are enclosed in a mutual projection
while if ON THE SPOT we realise that they are our own inner projections
then as a wise person we will not try to bend the spoon for it is impossible (matrix)
for the outside being a projection of the inside it canNOT be changed so how can one fix them? by fixing ourselves inside.
so to change ourselves inside means to KNOW ON THE SPOT with an ACUTE ATTENTION: I KNOW that they are me so i LET GO. and FORGIVE.
Let them forgive and OVERLOOK. Do you not wish Allah to forgive you {and overlook your faults}? (God is forgiving and merciful.) Quran [24.22]
What are you looking at the straw in your brother’s eye for? And the beam in your own eye, do you not notice it?” (Luke 6:41) -jesus peace be upon him.
it means that the straw/defect we are seeing in others are just pointing into our own defect inside
if we CAN SEE it outside it means it is INSIDE of us
and the inside can be healed we can heal ourselves if we ON THE SPOT WHEN WE FACE IT SEE IT (for it is being shown for this purpose! what else?) ONCE we KNOW it THEN we let go.
it is the dramatic moment where either you LET GO and let the wind carry it out AWAY from YOU and you are joyful again
or you FEED IT with your power of attention and make it grow.
so being happy to be able to let go and thus purifying thereby our attention. this is HOW God forgive us when we forgive others.
and we can return as children do to our joyful and playful activities.
so in a way, this is the meaning of TEST being testing by God means a practical test for YOU for your OWN self to judge if you see defect or not in the other if so, instead of coming to the silly and unuseful conclusion that you can change someone and that they are the bad ones and i am better
JUST TURN INSIDE ON THE SPOT SAY YOU SEE IT IN YOURSELF AND FORGIVE
and as children do return to your joyful play.
written like this it sounds so easy
but it can become so with real practice when we learn to attune to your inner presence on the very spot.
and like this you honor yourself and you honor the other in yourself and you honor yourself in the other
it is how "marriage of true minds" occur. it is how your pure love alters not, when it alteration finds and this is why it is like an ever fixed mark this is why its height can be taken by its strength and courage to forgive where one can use the easy and unproductive way of jumping and lashing out at the "other"
indeed, it is how one look on tempest never to be shaken
as for the "worth unknown" the worth of such a person may indeed remains unknown to blind ones except for those who love each other for the sake of Truth.
like a last cry for Humanity to testify for this True Love :
