They feel in awe of seeing her

They think she is specially graced

I can say

I am indeed Graced 

Because it is FACT

as true as Kundalini is the Grace

and it is in each of us

so are you GRACED in advance of you knowing and feeling it

Just accept it 

and you are too full of awe inspiring creation

As long as there is Breath there is Shining of a new creation of yours 

your growing light body 

the sparkling diamond being cut in the process

refined again and again 

everyday 

do not forget 

it is not because you are with duties

children and marriage that you are with commonly accepted excuse 

to let your desire for enlightenment being dampened 

Because truth is 

Your FREE WILL 

do not deceive yourself 

time is gold 

why everything in this society has value 

except time?

money, work, family everything

but what about Time as stand alone

it has the most value

as it is waiting for your attention to it

Land of Illusion

 When in nursery

I had a 'real' nightmare

where a white thin with light energy lady 

was stifled like a stem 

by a male energy not human 

that would stifle her by wrapping itself around her 

and she was like drowning 

like when you know you would die and no one will know 

of that calamity and you are on your own.

Of course I would surely wake up the dormitory by screaming 

and then inside would feel a little bit relieved that it was a dream

and I would see two nurses/assistant taking care of me 

trying to dissipate the nightmare.

Even less may be only twice in a trance like state I would remember that feeling

too vague to remember where it came from and then it would strike me it was same like in that dream.

Today while I was meditating

it is what I saw

Remember the meditation

Spiralling Kundalini awaken like a dragon 

raises from beneath the lake

Lady of the Lake

and in its trail all the dust from the mud 

at the bottom of the sea 

would arise 

and you the awakened one (at least partially)

would just see 

but this seeing is magic

with no other duty that to see 

the light through you eyes is dissolving these particles

atomising the past impressions, trauma and illusions.

And today

I felt and saw in details that same feeling

and finally understood what that nightmare was.

I saw the light thin energy of this white lady 

she is like a stem of a tall flower 

this energy was growing in between a rock 

cleaved in the middle by this stem 

both sides of the rock are the right and left channel

denser energy 

far denser than the lady's 

who is the Kundalini

When I was born 

I felt stifled by the male energy that is overbearing 

on this earth 

too much dense

What a calamity 

when the waters surrounds you 

and you are born in them

you cannot pinpoint the illusion 

as it is all around 

no contrast for you to point at the dualism 

and find your way

Like an external witness looking at that movie 

could say 

No chance of salvation no hope 

if you cannot even have the chance to see you are in an illusion

the Land of Illusion

but the spark of Light

Spirit within you is there 

just asleep but this is the box of Pandora

with the left over

Meditation : Devotion and Discipline

 I have been the past week meditating a little more 

3h everyday in the morning

On week end, 8h 

I am told to write truthfully

hence these details.

Gabriel said that only by devotion and discipline

can one have breakthrough

Self realisation is given

However

Spiritual Hygen is needed

Shielding, and Attention 24h a day : in Pure Awareness 

The latter not there yet.

So I felt relenting a bit

Then one should remain open 

to Grace wherever it comes from

I understood I had to put more attention 

on Heart 

Physical heart 

which is reflected for sure in the centre of Sahasrara

So far

I did it but quality wise was stagnant 

meaning you feel it when you are undergoing a shift

Then I realised I need to let go of mind to BE in heart

even though my attention was on heart

but parts of it where still holding on mind timeline 

So today instinctively through intuitive approach 

my attention was put on my heart 

with an intention to let it BE - only 

indeed it was all cool 

coolness like a fountain overflowing from heart

Same yesterday, though not same approach, 

but while sitting all of sudden signficant coolness broke through my sahasara

like a fountain half cool breeze and half water like density it felt 

I was told Sahasrara is breaking through 

I was told for now 6K petals open 

next day I asked 4K 

Bewildered lol 

I was told it is not constant 

It makes sense

like flowers they close and open during a whole daily cycle 

Still I understand it is not yet stable 

And today 

the vision I had was that of 

A man who was holding my heart in his hand and the heart was all white and a cool white mist was overflowing through his fingers from it.

I am told vision we let them go

Yes there is always a but with me

First satisfy my curiosity and give me good news 

then I let you go

I wait for the good news now : ) 

By the way the past week,

everyday I was having a vision of one of my past reincarnation

I used to see a few a them popping up over the past few years

but last week was in a roll 

I heard that when we are progressing

these past lives appear, as their impression on soul emerges

and we see them

May be we integrate them by seeing them ?

Main point focus should be on Spirit 

if only on cool breeze then you are misled

as cool breeze even may disappear at death time 

so you need to ensure your attention is stabilised on spirit

Cool breeze, Holy Spirit manifestation is a great boon

to help you purify 

but unless you are responsible for your attention 

ON spirit during meditation 

and stablised in pure awareness during the rest of the day

you cannot grow, evolve and remember Who you are 

That's why a yogi once told me

He had a heart attack (figure of speech) 

when going back to his city after a decade or so 

and seeing the yogis were still the same, like frozen in time 

i.e. no progression

Please be considerate of the Grace

It is there

but one should for its sake hold ourselves accountable

by putting our attention in check 

Pure Awareness is the goal.

From his heart I could perceive nothing else except two feelings

and I thought while hanging on him out of concern

how come his heart is full of peace and joy 

while I am worried for his sake 

Afterwards I realised it was Jesus 

After a whole year 

now I realised 

Heart is the only place that can contain the Whole 

Hence the peace, hence the joy

mind cannot 

mind needs rest 

mind cannot encompass the Whole 

it is like being always hungry and thirsty for more

like running to catch the sun 

there is no end to it 

exhaustion, hide and seek, hope and crushed hope

But hasn't the saying said 

Nothing can encompass me, 

except the Heart of a believer?

yet we run our life on mind instruction

not on Heart

we are in a permanent state of a dream

These are true. I found one below where you can see it appearing as a result of particles splitting. 

I assume the atom split liberates so much energy the void you see, is the space where you can travel to as a new dimension, to create.

The dimensional grid we see, does not seem to have any shape as our vision is limited.

However, the donought shape below is the whole version. I have not seen it entirely.

However, the best advice given to me is to focus on the centre. It makes sense, otherwise you cannot find the exit.

Interesting Learning Experience

A lady could feel through the heart chakra my thoughts

are those that are surfacing and captured by her heart chakra

however managing such power is a learning process

Comparatively, 

in the current situation, I play with my thoughts more or less unaware 

example:  To discover depth of a feeling; I will let my thought form and I will dig into its depth 

by plastering the handpicked emotion I desire

But it is a play, just for me to know and experience it.

However that good lady

took it as a responsibility upon herself 

thereby took it seriously to be in charge and to step in

Waves of energies emerge

one of after the other such as in ocean

who cares? no one, not even I care.

If not stuck, another matter when you have to let it go as inheritance of pure mistaken conditioning.

In the former; you see it is mere energy, let it form itself on the soil, that one is raising here and curving there due to these emotions and energetic waves, hence the relief (surface protruding), hence the face you have.

That is just the playground of these male/female energies in you.

Again who cares? Let them recede like waves. And keep moving.

If I don t care; who are you to care more than me about me?

Don t try to help, meaning your own Mother cares more than 70 mothers if you know what I mean.

Just do what you spontaneously feel called for and let it be.

Patronising, I know better than you, assumptions etc. are all unbalanced mishaped by product of these ways paved with good intentions. Human is fondamentally good and immature. It has to grow like a baby but his attitude of having an opinion about everything is what destroy his chances of growing or at best delaying them.

Now the seeing; 

Rather the observing of these energies blooming 

when you observe you see the energy need and direction 

its yearning and its shape 

you breath in and let it happen

That s how observation in Silence make the best potential happen for that seeded energy.

The not so good part?

Most don t see any point in silent observation or if they see they forget to instill power in the seed

rather more correctly, they forget to believe what they perceive

I.e. they observe with no love

will allow inception of that idea in the seed

what excitement and Mysteries are hold by those words?

Because limitations are yours.

Kundalini arising, true; and gives you the present silence.

so the only thing is experienced is silence

I do not see any power displayed by the yogi after so many years of limited practice.

Once reached

This time is used to create what we want to manifest in material life.

And again just to enjoy the moment.

But where is the new creation we became ?

If we evolved from amoeba to a frog to a monkey to a human being

Can't we as next step of evolution be a display of a new creation?

Feeling vibration is a byproduct of the awakened life in us.

But did we let this life heal without adding more hurt to cure for it?

or let it clear without adding more dirt?

So it just keep circling in us to clean

while we keep dirting the same place

how do you want to evolve?

at some point 

she will get tired and just recoil back 

or maybe out of compassion manifest the coolness of her presence 

during some gathering to comfort you and signal her presence.

But there is no feel for her

may be her expectations is that to the least more dirt be not put back in ?

so that she can progress and show something more to you?

maybe if we are a little braver

we can extend the time of meditation a little more every year?

to help her in her job 

which is to clean our body 

so that she hangs up there in the sahasrara

so that the seat of sahasrara that is the heart

be more opened?

then your own heart would open.

which has little to do with the current condition of the human being?

it is not under control

Signs of a coming breakthrough/enlightenment

 Oh so cool!

Two nights ago

I was sleeping dreaming but also feeling in the dream and thus in real life as well 

I just saw myself and was feeling and seeing

literally speaking a fountain of water pouring from inside out 

of the head and falling on the face

I can now even remember the feel 

it is like being a fountain and feeling the shape of the water springing out of the head

so much that I was also trying to adjust the breathing as the water flow was fast

Then when it finished

there were still drops of water rolling on the face.

And today 

I saw a cave where people were looking at the wrong entrance advertised 

to distract people's attention

let's call it a touristic trap.

While I was looking at the hidden entrance

and i saw it as i saw a pillar of light coming out of it to the sky

and i said to myself 

this is where a saint is sitting 

all the settings of the rest of the dream was in the uk.

Later on

when i asked the spirit it said 

my breakthrough is imminent 

so I should meditate.

While i was meditating 

well i didnt get the breakthrough per se for now

but instead at the end of my meditation yesterday

i saw an entity which rushed out of my left knee cap

So cool!

I asked the spirit what it was

and it was the entity responsible for my laziness LOL

So great, it works!

As couple days ago i realised 

Hmm no more cleaning is happening in terms of entity leaving my body

as either we are THE PURE SPirit or we are a mix 

ie we are still subjugated to other entities 

ie we are possessed

Unless we admit to ourselves 

that we want to grow

Unless we admit we are not the one we perceive ourselves to be in the daily life

Unless we admit all the things we do not want to keep 

we will never be purified from them

because the Power does not work against our will

but ALONG with our Desire.

So couple days ago

I desired to get rid of my laziness

It is something I never used to have before

But developped it after my period of trauma i went through couple years ago 

while seeking truth 

so depression, calls for laziness which calls for procrastination.

So far I got rid of the sadness and laziness

but procrastination entity still there.

So doing an inventory 

I asked the Spirit what are the entities remaining

It said 3 

namely, Procrastination, Self Sabotage and Envy.

So I recall there were 12

But I asked again 

And it said 

8 more are hidden, meaning have not yet arose from the subconscious to the conscious mind

so I suppose let me give them a break for now.

So I will tackle for now the Self Sabotage as I learned about it recently.

I had a great Job prospect

but in a way i self sabotaged myself to get it slowly not in one go

as i FELT i needed time to be up to the task, which clearly now i see i can so easily handle it

so the message i got was 

that my mind wanted it

but my feeling wanted safety

hence the return was i got the job but with some progressive steps of transitioning from 

former to the new job.

Seen like this, it is amazing

we do control reality with our feelings

but the "worry" which is this not-so-hidden entity

which does cause me to tone things/success down 

ie self sabotage myself is to be cleared as the last entity,

before full enlightenment.

So the next one should be self sabotage

Just put attention on it

and then meditate 

and it should be released with some focus or intensity 

Earth quake are needed to shake things off 

I guess mine started with my anger which exploded to its height 

when i went to pilgrimage to Mecca qnd Medinq

and there i was truly angry at the lack of authorisation to visit the prophet grave

unheard of!

but as i was on the right 

i had such amazing experience of seeing angels there

how they serve all pilgrims and how they act as guardians

i wonder why i have not blogged that yet

have to do so in a later post

and there i was told that the sincerity of my desire 

make two people moved enough 

that they lock themselves a whole afternoon in a room 

and called so many of their contacts that they ended up reaching the Minsitry of Pilgrimage 

who issued the authorisation for me to enter the grave :)

Ouf! 

But once i came back 

the intensity of meditation and rites there 

just triggered the entity of anger and hate , or both entities 

to leave the body

As in a previous post i wrote how i saw them leaving

and they left as I desired these feelings to leave me

as they got exposed

they served their purpose 

but they can't be controlling me

as the image it reflected to me was not honorable

and i could not recognised myself into this reflection being projected on a permanent basis.

so anger is a tool now 

no more a possession.

So next one, 

self sabotage.

Ramadan and Love

 Ramadan

10 first days you seek for Grace of God.

10 next days are days of forgiveness

10 next days are days of being freed from Hell. But also contain the Night of Power

what is all this?

Unless you wonder about it, question it; you have no answer.

When I was a seeker, I always wondered why as a believer we are not helped. 

Then, question calling for the solution, in quran it said read it so that you may find Grace.

So by then; my mom asked; but where is the Grace? How to find it.

And I found it. 

Now the Grace are to be sought in the special intensive mode.

Hence the 30 days of Ramadan.

You ask for the Grace of God, it arises from your sacred bone.

The next 10 days, you forgive, let go. So that it passes through the Agnya, by passing your own created world where there is no god, as God is not in thoughts.

and the 10 last days the night of power; told as being most powerful than 80 Years of worship.

It means what it means, once you get the Power of God; Ruhani Power, aka spiritual power

then you are blessed by it far more than if you spend 80 years ie your whole life worshipping god.

you can see a community not if you are within but without

an observer from another religion sees the other religion 

an observer standing above all religion see there is wisdom in all but is not contained by it.

This is why the prophet said the division in religion is a blessing.

Because God needs no worship, as he said worship prayers are for you.

Imam Ali said some worhip God as slave to be freed from hell, 

others as traders to get something from God

but he as a Lover, for the Sake of Love

Everything is stated everywhere.

But the insight has to be Real to understand the value of it. 

Even if i explain it to my mom, the Aha moment is still not yet born.

And even average sahaj yogi must see life through renewed eyes seeking every day the Grace.

Black magician. vs Kingdom of God

 The Power

The black magician are empowering the average believer. Why?

This is because they rely on a community from which they withdraw the power.

The community of the dead, be it human or other entities.

The average well meaning believer, has no protection 

once he reaches adolescence as he breaks the circle of protection of his True Nature (Fitrah).

Then his body is no more the temple of God. Clues is his loses his light, his shine, and develop a character 

that we can pinpoint as an identity.

Which people see and then can manipulate. 

A french girl told me once "Je crois que je t'ai cerné"

Lol 

People don't even realise cerner means in reality to look someone's delimitation, attribute it an identity that you can corner. 

Purpose untold or unconsciously unsaid is to identity to box to know how to manipulate in worst case scenario and deal with in the best case scenario.

So prophets have no face; as they are collective light, it is not about a ID.

The whole opposite of current society by the way.

Yet, 

when once the believer is connected.

Once he gets the connection to the Ruh, 

then he is connected to the Ocean, Universe; Power of God etc.

which is the Power of the Living.

In a battle of Evil vs Good

Or black magician vs Kingdom of God/High Power who take over to work for you, this works ONLY if you forgive; let go.

So in that batter of river of power based on the kingdom of dead

has no bearing vs

the Ocean of Power of the Living.

This is a realisation that if understood and felt would indeed create great change of Power balance in our current society.

As most of it is based on manipulation, power hungry people.

Consulting a therapist ...?

 A good exemple to illustrate previous post.

During a discussion, I said, I do not go to restaurant to eat alone.

The newly met person replied with a smile or maybe you should go and consult a therapist.

To which I retorted you do not know how many activities I do on my own, but meal eaten alone defeat the purpose of being shared and enjoyed, the more we are; the merrier.

After effect shock for me, was how rude this person is.

Second after effect shock; maybe I should have added with a smile, maybe you should be consulting a therapist as you feel selling your own house as you feel alone into it..

Typical people, not seeing the grossness of their own problem but filtering and distorting reality through theirs. That's how you end up spoiling everything you touch.

Stepping back i could nip it in the bud these stupid comments.

That is one way of seeing it, I have the freedom to judge, especially when feeling feisty.

Likewise, from her viewpoint; she has the freedom to be rude topping the judgemental part and lack of social manners. Because unable to deal with her own pain; she has to project it onto others and try to fix her problem in this way outside of herself.

As she can't fix it inside; because it hurts to face the ego.

Hence she has to spit it outside on people, thinking they'll do her homework.

Side note, a typical well bred british won't be doing this. I guess i got too much used to good sensible british people.

Now, once the reactional part is over.

What is interesting is to know how to integrate that experience.

The last two posts are not vain wisdom, they are pointers to help to remember so that 

I can on the course recalibrate myself. The sooner the better.

Integration cannot be done mentally

but the mental remembrance serves as a guidance to remember, let's state it again.

Now having the power of purification, when that experiences arises in the consciousness next time, 

i should just say I forgive and let it go.

So that I can make space to new experiences that would be highly valuable to me, 

while not dwelling on this rare case that popped out of my subconscious, and manifested itself in the conscious life.

And that is also why one should treat the people as kids, because in terms of maturity they are kids.

But if you do not forgive, then you are a kid too. 

Makes no difference, because you'd like to keep enjoying some mud battle.

So to sum up, 

be true to yourself on spot

if you are still in reaction mode, then react

then let go, as fast as you can 

so you can create space for the new experience

which be higher in quality than such encounter.

I must say that at some point any sensible person who grows tired of childishness

would not even raise the eyebrow 

would let it go on spot, not even be bothered by it

then higher forces take over

and merely wishing for good quality people, 

would be a wish heard and fulfilled.
