Meditation Journey

i got lots of nice experiences 

since i started my trip out of paris 

first we went to central france 

la chaise dieu is the name of the place

then i arrived to cabella in Italy.

if i don t look at my notes

and just rely on my memory for the intense moments

i would say that i learned that experiences 

help us to build our souls

so without experiences we have not lived life

my friends in this regards is an amazing soul builder

even though she knows not english or italian 

she gets each time what she has set herself as a goal 

she amazes me in this regard.

her strong qualities that i loved :

she knows what she wants in the moment

she does it

clearly remembering her goal 

not forgetting it or diluting it or losing it for someone else s desire, or lack of help

amazing girl she is 

in this regards she is a great soul builder

the limit of it 

is when you built your kingdom

you forget to remember your source

in this regards 

i have a great inner helper 

who tells me when i forget my ultimate aim 

which is to KNOW that i am the BEAUTY inside 

i.e. the pure awareness within

the realisation that i am the source of the creation all around me

this is the goal towards which i should aim

for i met yogis that by rank/social ties are considered highly realised to the masses let s say

and i learned they are not even realised in truth

shocking !

why? 

because they do not cultivate

and true when i looked at their face 

they appeared dead to me 

i was shocked 

how come within two years they lost so much of their light

i can t believe it

others i learned their shield is so widespread that 

one can call them as highly realised people

but even a highly realised person can become lost 

this too is shocking to me

why ?

because each time we think we arrived

that's it i got it!

as my friends would say 

'i got God by its balls' lol

this is when you would start your loss

loss of what ?

of knowing you are the source of the creation around you

that you are this pure awareness

therefore 

though highly realised this lady's progress towards this goal is impaired

for she thinks that she arrived to bliss

while in heaven there are many other levels of bliss

and one can never be stable in bliss either we progress till we know it is truth

or we regress

even if we are highly realised 

for only decision in the present counts and determine our sailing

therefore i learned 

that to protect such people who lost their aim 

by getting deluded to their arrival

they experience trauma in life 

like by the loss of what is dear to them

for this loss 

make them suffer

and until there is not suffering 

one does not realise that there are higher level of bliss

so if there is suffering 

then we have not yet arrived

to the pure bliss within.

therefore suffering is the indication

that one has not yet arrived to the pure bliss of the self inside

the pure bliss within of the awareness that we are the creators.

arrived to her true self 

which is pure bliss inside

well i write this 

as my inner learning taught it to me

but i have not yet arrived 

i can only progress if i do 

each morning my two hours of walking meditation 

which helps to open more petals

so why in cabella i feel so good?

it is associating a place to God that to think it is due to the place

the mecanism is so

the place is blessed because of is highly advanced yogi

who as a collective help me to get purified 

but they are not the source

the source is within me

and unless and until i find it 

i only sail to some levels of bliss 

that s all

but main point is not to mix up Source with the collectivity

the latter is a support to realise, self realise, innerly realise the former.

i experienced of course miracles during my stay 

for i wished for them

hence the importance of being our own master

what does it mean?

it means to use our strong pure intent 

once we intent it 

the power within us make it happens according to the right timing of God

by memory

one of my intent was to find something valuable

and the next day when i was not feeling well

i found a metal pendent with shri mataji face

very symbolic

that is valuable finding of my life indeed
that that which of the Divine Mother Within awakened :)

another day i was going for dinner

and on my way i clearly knew what i wished 

and that is to have a nice comfy place to stay 

for i had enough of camping and tent and so on

and right two minutes later 

a nice lady offered me to stay in her house for a week 

for she will go to her city 

hmm later i learned she did it on purpose for me to stay in her place 

so kind of her

i love her for her genuine empathy 

and also precise intuition

i learned that a camping oven would be a best gift to give her

but in this village not sure to find one

second choice is a rose plant

this i will offer her

what else 

how could i forget 

the miracle of the miracle 

my pic!

my friends and i were arguing on my changed ways 

for she found me too much speedy among other things

i told her it is normal

it is the place which purifies us from our imbalances

it is like a lake where you throw a stone 

and the muds come up

so you need to let it go

not to oppose it nor to soften it

just to let it appear on the surface and let it go 

like for meditation

lol her attention span is so short 

that she did not get it i am sure

anyway later on 

on the feel 

i asked her to take a pic of me 

so that i send it to my annoying fiance 

who is getting so much erratic in his organisation

that i wish to punch him in the face at times;)

and what happen is 

that on the pic 

we saw light coming out of my belly 

like a sun rays coming out of the nabhi

which is the center of self mastery

so the pic was so well timed

it showed us that i was using my guru principle 

lol

i got congrats for having become a guru lol

official diploma in hands

now how i use it

this is my new challenge

let s see

hmm

i wish for red flowers

a purple sari 

with gold embroidery

for a nice true meeting with a few new friends 

who be sincere in their meditation

i wish we may meditate together every morning earnestly

hmm

i wish for getting rich and buy this new house  to my parents 

lol 

they will realise that i could do it

so far they think i can only fit in their conditioned programming 

of housechores and limited life of a woman as they had been taught by their culture and society around them

let s see how i shatter their world 

for the best!

hmm

i wish to do celtic dance

so annoying! many times they did it !

during the festival of the spirit here in cabella

but gosh i missed it each time!

oh yes i want to do stick dance too!

lol

i took part in the Art Academy

i did indian fusion dance - contemporary dance it is

wow i loved it 

people thought i used to do dance

but it was my first time

hmm apparently i m gifted at learning things first hand

oh yeah my teacher said i was gracious 

you will see the music is just beautiful 

ah jesus 

one thing i won t regret from all my trips 

it is BEES!

they keep doing even now 

des raides aerien on my face!

i did also sufi qawali

to be honest i was expecting more

and i guess i am very much passionate

for all of this sufficed me not

i need a new teacher once i come back in paris 

that is my desire

hmm sitar is so beautiful

but i must admit

it makes me sleep in its start

for i learned it is an instrument which brings you in meditation

you should have seen me

half sleeping half in meditation

jesus so much torturing!

except for the end when its rhythm goes up with tabla

i just loved it!

i guess i love dynamic and passionate music

finally i did aikido

the teacher is just amazing

i need to do a whole post about his teaching.

good news i lost weight

when i expected it not

i ate too much pasta, pizza and ice cream

till overdose

but lost weight

how

because i did this dance

and i loved it

so for sure unless you do what you love

you can t expect blessed results in your life

love bears unexpected fruits 

and unexpected things are the best

for they come as a miracle into your life.

Mahadev

Devon ka dev Mahadev

it is wonderful

i watched the first episode
i loved those scenes

when sita took the leaves
i wondered what leaves it is

when she took it
bringing her both hands to her central channel
and closed her hands in the center

it was incredible
for i felt as if my own kundalini was arising

so beautiful sound too
when shiva entered the scene

and before his coming
a cool breeze sound was being heard
and white blue mist enveloping him been seen

and when he said
he needs no rituals nor other praises
YET what matters is that one
does not boast on one s individual value while
separating itself from others contribution to life too

for one thus forgets that others too
other parts of creation that boast not
and yet are such a marvelous creators
are important for creation as much

when one does this
and dharma is endangered
then Shiva destroys creation

it reminded me
of the true symbolism of meditation

that is
if shiva is that GOD
as in quran the Creator of creators

He , the silence
needs no praise nor rituals

for thoughtless awareness
is just destroying thoughts
as shiva
and all praises and intelligence of the creation put together
is of no concern to it
nor does it add or remove to its Eternal  Glory
which stands by itself


yes when destruction comes
it is because balance has been broken
true
when one quality tries to overpower another
like the son of bramadeva saying i am wise and knowledgeable
shiva asking him
what about other creation who is also worth of great role play
in contributing to the beauty of the world like him
but which boast not

he became silent
for when he get attached to a personal conviction
he forgets it is just a passing one
and others convictions or role too are as much important as his
and as much impermanent as him

while there is no permanence except in the Eternal Essence of the spirit
who is peace in the sahasrara

this i realised it shockingly today
when i was taking a pic
someone came in the scene
so half a second later i took another
while the person had moved away

and that is when i realised shocked
that is how much life is impermanent
not at all hanging onto anything
but just flowing

and my mind in comparison is sooo slow
that it stays with an image
even when this image or person is no more
in the camera

oh yes
the trident of shiva
reminds me of the arabic letter allah
with the three laam
tri-dent

it represents i was told the three
principles of the universe

creation
preservation
destruction

brahma
vishnu
shiva

as related in this first movie

so one is not above the other
but like the story of the rainbow colors
which are disputing which color is best
they seen that they are more beautiful when together
than when separated

so the beauty of universe
is to be able to witness
the beauty of creation
and its preservation
and destruction

to protect the path of dharma

BELLY sensations

i always tend to imagine stuff
for i am too mental a person

well it is ok to be mental


BUT for taking DECISONS
MASTERY is the BELLY

BELLY is the center of WELL BEING

THUS

when i have to take a decision
and i start imagining
i MUST STOP

and (after raising energy)
turn my attention IN THE BELLY
THE CENTER OF MASTERY

and CHECK HOW IT FEELS

JESUS!
hope for God sake i will remember NEXT TIME

so i turn my attention inside
and CHECK HOW IT FEELS

FEELS GOOD OK
LET S GO and DO IT

feels NOT good
don't do it


so i should JUST GO with the 
"what FEELS GOOD in THE BELLY" :)

Attention being Fully Present

This week end i got a near to real dream
it was again like it was real life

i was being shown and explained how to use our attention

it was shown that where i put my attention
a ray of light was coming out of my eyes/mind
and INSIDE of me
WHERE was my attention,

the DIRECTION/IMPACT of the light
was being decided


LITERALLY speaking
it was HOW we were affecting life around

so,
in the example

i saw that i was putting my attention
on some stuff i forgot now
then, the LIGHT which was coming out of my eyes
rather i prefer to say the ray of light
or the laser symbolising the attention

was hitting DIFFERENT places in the world
lol
i was astonished
and said to myself in the dream
HOW come that i am HERE PRESENT
and my attention got over there!
in canada
and also the ray got split and affected in the SAME moment
other fields/topics

then, it hit me
HOW powerful it would be to BE PRESENT.
for i wanted all of my attention to be on the spot i watched

and not to see it taking different directions,
when i expected only one.

and i was told that it is HOW attention makes ricochet

the outer/ricochet
are showing me where my INNER attention is located

i.e on different thoughts

so it HIT me on the spot
two things !

first and FOREMOST
i said to myself
IF MY attention is WHOLLY PRESENT
present i mean IN PLACE and TIME
FULLY there
then HOW much powerful it should be!
as it is FOCUSED on ONE SINGLE place

SECOND
i felt elated
because i felt just how i could be actually
feeling peaceful to be able to SEE the WHOLE
of my attention on one place

and not having to witnessing it being dispersed here and there
lol over there in canada
what it is doing in canada while it should be present ?
i wonder

but then i realise now
that it is why we have experiences
PROVIDING we WITNESS experiences
and not get carried away by them

if we have those witnessing moments of our experiences
that our soul needs
then we can get detached
from them
we can detach our attention from them
while  aiming at maintaining joy while experiencing them

well i realise this now.

but above all
to be true to my dream impression
my foremost impression was

"Let's get ALL of my attention NOW in ONE PLACE
and let it not got split and divided here and there.
for i am feeling in advance joy to see it ALL in front of me"

so in the dream
i had seen bubbles of lights  exploding
while hitting different stuff on which was my attention
and affecting in thousands of ways around me people and stuff
while it was making ricochets everywhere
even in canada
as i said

so my attention was not in ONE space
it was in this sense not yet fully present


second thing
which dawn on me
once i woke up

yes usually it is
as one would say
a crispy clear mind after such visions

so i realised :

the power of forgiveness is
the power of (being) PRESENT
giving back attention to the present
(by letting go that which make buzzing noise in our mental space)

so giving back our attention to the present
is our full right
to be joyous

and THAT is to WIN.

well, now i cannot right this latter paragraph
as brilliantly and clearly as i realised it
for by them these lines where really clear

this is why i should invest in a tablet
at least i could write it on the spot

Collegues and workplace

Some rules at job place,

you go to work and then you go away
so don't linger your thoughts on colleagues/job AFTER the workplace.

ALWAYS settle them ON THE SPOT
in WORDS and energically speaking.
after too late to settle them.

some lessons i learned :

if a colleague misbehave :

-know it is CHILDISH
-let it go
-if you can't, then raise your energy, turn it at the belly - center of wellness

-don't hesitate to use the light sword to remove them from your vital space lol

-don't pay attention to them
for they crave for attention.
it is just energy sucking purpose.

had i ever told that i dislike stupid people ? lol
i mean once you advise them in every possible God created way and they still not get it,
let them be as they are.

let them be with their own well earned consciousness!

-send them from heart some love,
yes hard to do,
but you will see becoming even more irritated!
because they were expecting hate in its stead.
so it is a funny revenge for you!:)

-and forgive, let go the thoughts, it means;
for Forgiveness, is a powerful force
that will put into movement other forces ON your behalf.

if you take control
then God let you with your own issues!

try it and then be happy!


Dealing with your supervisor :

-should stay in the middle, remain balance 
-do not harass them, they are busy people
-do a list of what you need once,
and once you see him/her you hand her the paper.

like this your job is done.

-and then forget!

up to them to manage it. They manage their team for harmony sake,
want less clash. so up to them. you do not butt into their management job.
nor try to straighten up your colleagues. for it is not your job. EVEN though you have the awareness of the solution. but very few people want solution.

had i said that i don't like stupid people ? lol

because we tend to project,
we think that people are / want to be like we are , aiming high

but it is not the case
so instead of helping them,
you are actually hurting their ego.

waste of time
a sign is enough for a wise person,
do it once, twice.
if they don't get it,
again leave them with their consciousness
and if they want to learn it the hard way,
so much the better for them!


-don't stay with workplace thoughts AFTER job place, 
for you are not being paid for this overtime :)

-don't befriend colleagues
means not not to be friendly,
but again, do not project yourself on the others
you may have befriending qualities, others not.they may not be sincere.

therefore, expect NOT same goodness from them.
they learn at their pace or not.

you do your ON THE SPOT good action
and expect no more.

-do your job and go

-if your colleagues wants you to react,
you better choose to remain silent, and ignore such person
-or at least say kind words, which will make this person even more angry lol
- SHOW OFF , YES, SHOW OFF your happiness,

for you have RIGHT to be happy!
dont' be dull :)

was he talking through her? i wonder
but what a sharp and precise person.

i think, as you KNOW your goal and REMEMBER them
THEN you can fix yourself some rules in a messy situation.

What is Ever Living? Self Subsisting and Eternal?
it is Pure Awareness.

it is said Shakti brings you to the Throne of Allah

Shakti is not God 
it is The Power of God that brings your attention/you
to sahasrara 
where the spirit of the Heart is liberated Above Head/thoughts
and is thus Pure Awareness.


if prophets had come for religion itself, which is now seen as a set of prescription about hell and heaven, the first muslims who died in the beginning of islam while being persecuted would not have been considered muslim by this standard, for they died before the religion was completed.

Prophets came to show the way to the Source
and sets of prescriptions were a given method to thread the path
towards self realisation at best, at least to remain as much centered as one can.

Ah! I loved watching Jodha Akbar,
so much to say. may be will update this post later.

I loved this citation about the winning,
when the Queen ask to his Husband how he is so sure about it,
and He answered :

For our God would have won your Heart

this definitely is a Great (Akbar) God lol!
The One that wins heart, hence the greatness.

and it is all the more great to hear that,
when you know the Queen Jodha is from another religion (Hinduism)
and the King Akbar is Muslim.

as it was the Queen intial challenge that Akbar manage to win her heart,
her people's heart

when he attributes the winning to his God
that is all the more in line with her request
while defeating the competition of both religions
for it is a winning detached from human use of (greedy) power

for it is a winning that unified both people
not dividing them one above the other.

hence you see
that divine greatness lies in winning people's heart.

The starting point is the idea that the body-bound soul's awaited release and return to its source in the other world can be experienced during the present life in mystic union attainable through inward purification.^[9] In explaining his thoughts, 'Attar uses material not only from specifically Sufi sources but also from older ascetic legacies. Manteq aṭ-Ṭayr

Led by the hoopoe, the birds of the world set forth in search of their king, Simurgh. Their quest takes them through seven valleys :

In the first of which a hundred difficulties assail them. They undergo many trials as they try to free themselves of what is precious to them and change their state. Once successful and filled with longing, they ask for wine to dull the effects of dogma, belief, and unbelief on their lives.

In the second valley, the birds give up reason for love and, with a thousand hearts to sacrifice, continue their quest for discovering the Simurgh.

The third valley confounds the birds, especially when they discover that their worldly knowledge has become completely useless and their understanding has become ambivalent. There are different ways of crossing this Valley, and all birds do not fly alike. Understanding can be arrived at variously—some have found the Mihrab, others the idol.

The fourth valley is introduced as the valley of detachment, i.e., detachment from desire to possess and the wish to discover. The birds begin to feel that they have become part of a universe that is detached from their physical recognizable reality. In their new world, the planets are as minute as sparks of dust and elephants are not distinguishable from ants.

It is not until they enter the fifth valley that they realize that unity and multiplicity are the same. And as they have become entities in a vacuum with no sense of eternity. More importantly, they realize that God is beyond unity, multiplicity, and eternity.

Stepping into the sixth valley, the birds become astonished at the beauty of the Beloved. Experiencing extreme sadness and dejection, they feel that they know nothing, understand nothing. They are not even aware of themselves.
Only thirty birds reach the abode of the Simurgh. But there is no Simurgh anywhere to see. Simurgh's chamberlain keeps them waiting for Simurgh long enough for the birds to figure out that they themselves are the si (thirty) murgh (bird).

The seventh valley is the valley of deprivation, forgetfulness, dumbness, deafness, and death. The present and future lives of the thirty successful birds become shadows chased by the celestial Sun. And themselves, lost in the Sea of His existence, are the Simurgh.^[19]

The Present Light

after my meditation

as i was looking at the keyboard
it felt light was coming out of it

then on the spot i realised
it is not light coming out of the present keyboard itself

but it was because i was in the present
meaning that
i was not identifying myself in that very present moment
with any other thing than the Present itself

thus the Present itself
is Pure Light

for if i was identifying myself with some
past or future thoughts
then de facto i would not have been present

yet, what is the Present?

if not that which is Eternal
i.e. in the manifestation (outward/out of ourselves world that one can see with our eyes)
the Light itself.

for in the Present
inside we are One with our Light
and its projection
meaning what we can see in our outside world in that very moment
is also reflecting this light
while wearing different form.

so it is not the light coming out of the stuff around me in the present
but it is only my own inner light
that i could see outside of me
for the outside is only the inside but wearing/experimenting varieties of other forms.

One thought and One emotion at a time

I found a thing

it is said that we can use our power best
if we use ONE thought and One Emotion
at a time

so there was an insect flying in the room
so i raised energy
and put my attention on it only
so it makes one thought

and one emotion
so i felt joy for that very attention of mine (who was the insect)
if the insect would remain stuck up there and move no more

yes!
it hit me,
the attention is not ON the insect outward
the attention IS FEELING inside
how joyous i would feel FEELING the insect stuck up there

so it is as if the attention was the insect !

therefore i understand
this is why the awareness is ALL that around
for the awareness is aware/witness of EACH SINGLE THOUGHT

and the insect is BASICALLY A THOUGHT - MATERIALISED!

therefore ONE thought
and ONE feeling OF it

equals you are it inside
and can have power on your "self"

this is WHY there are this picture
about the awakening with multiple eyes

for it means
ALL the thoughts that one is AWARE of,
is the COMPLETE awareness

what i have learned

before i had doubts
even with sufism

because i knew not what is Truth
i knew not how could i trust

with a spontaneous awakening
and feeling of cool breeze
stemming from inside

i knew it was not controlled
from outside

therefore
it was mine
uncontrolled
neither by someone nor by my ego

but i wanted more
a new change
for Truth brings change

because if you don't change for the better
than you stay in same situation in your life
not evolving
and turning in circle
with the same "issues"
more or less worsening

so i learned it was about taking charge of one's own life
the cool breeze is the manifestation
that the inner divine energy
pushes upwards
at heart level take the spirit
and bring it upwards
above head
above thoughts
and thus liberates you from your bonding
of identification with your own thoughts

above thoughts
is pure silence

once liberated
we have space
space to create what we wish for

therefore each person should seek for what
his or her pure desire it
to allow it to be manifested

the more more thoughtless awareness
the more silence
the more silence, the more emptiness

and when ONE thought with ONE emotion
is placed in this shrine of silence
encircled by emptiness

then this ONE thought
becomes empowered
and is manifested

for power before
ALSO existed
but used to be divided by different thoughts
when divided so much, quota of power per thought is weak

but one thought one power
is a powerful condition for your desire to become real

thus you are your own master
at last free to experience what you wish
which is no more illusive daily striving.

but if you trust not
this spirit inside
which is the container of the Pure Love

then you cannot gamble your Life
for a new change
for letting it take a new turn
and  become first

transformed by Love
and then, become itself Love

once it is Love
it is actually a level of manifesation of this Pure Awareness/Silence the spirit is brought in

for in vibration
Peace is above Love

and i guess above Peace
are new levels
for Face of God
shines ever day into a NEW splendor
as there is NO limit to GOD

but if one takes not this turn for Pure Love in life
then, there is no more space
for the Pure Desire for Love
to transform us

and as God forces not

one has no more natural ground to live
for Pure Desire cannot be removed.

 As the battle continued, Malik al-Ashtar fought his way through the opposing army until he was two rows away from Mu'awiyah's tent.^[5][7] Only two rows away from killing Mu'awiyah and ending the war. However, a situation occurred. Mu'awiyah wanted to trick Imam Ali's army to stop fighting and disunite them by creating confusion. So he asked Amr ibn al-As, who told him, "I'm sure we can cheat them with the Qur'an."^[8] Mu'awiyah loved the idea and ordered his soldiers to place the Quran on their spear.^[4][5] When most of the soldiers of Imam Ali saw this they stopped fighting. Though Imam Ali knew that it was a trick by Mu'awiyah to create confusion and disunity, he told his army "It's a trick! I was the first to invite them to Allah's Book. And I was the first to believe in it. They've disobeyed Allah and broken His promise." (this is referring to the negotiation/persuading process before the war)^[5] Imam Ali wanted his soldier to continue fighting because they were so close to victory. Despite Imam Ali's effort, 22,000 soldiers of Imam Ali disobeyed his commands and said "Stop fighting and order al-Ashtar to withdraw!"^[5] Knowing that his own soldiers had turned their backs on him and a few group of true believers, Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib told his soldiers to command Malik to return for safety reasons.^[4] The messenger gave Malik the order. Even though, Malik knew that he has the opportunity to end the war and rid the world of Ma'uwiyah, he stopped and returned.^[4][5] Malik said "If Ali ibn Abi Talib orders something, I have to return".^[7] This moment was a defining moment in Malik's life because it shows his discipline and submission to Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib.

Muhammad thought that his uncle would let him down and would no longer support him, so he replied:

"O my uncle! by God if they put the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left on condition that I abandon this course, until God has made me victorious, or I perish therein, I would not abandon it." Muhammad got up, and as he turned away, his uncle called back and then said "Go and preach what you please, for by God I will never forsake you.". Abu Talib then recited two lines of verse with meanings of full support to Muhammad.

Moon is the Left channel in our subtle system in our body
Sun is the Right channel

even if ALL kinds of Power of BOTH channels were given to Muhammad (peace be upon him)

and this cleaving is that of your Inner Energy
which pierces your fontanel area
and brings you to Light
while before you were closed into an egg/seed/ darkness

nor could ever make a true seeker of Truth waver

Heart being capable of All Form of love
is not a poetic moving wish of ibn Arabi

it is LITERALLY the HAPPENING
THE VICTORY talked of above

for it is when the Kundalini takes your spirit
Above your thoughts
thoughts are mental FORMS

and once your are ABOVE those mental forms
you are in the PURE AWARENESS which is the ONLY state
where your Heart can be capable of ALL forms of LOVE.


for Love is the Meaning of Life
and without Love Life is no naturally no more.

so unless you already know what you desire
and that desire be your DRIVE

and unless you test your belief
to see if this belief feeds you and quench your thirst
for Life, Love, God

you will never find Certainty.

For finding ever fresh and renewed Life
is finding God
finding this constant Pure Love in continuous way
is finding God

and finding God
is finding Certainty

Finding Love is finding Certainty.
For the Constant Presence of Love felt on your path, is the Proof of you having found God inside you.

Therefore, your life will naturally flow and go on.

for God is not outside

and above is as far as you can go.

Natural Drive

if there is no more drive
then self obviously

the inner life can no more flow

Reality of heaven and hell

what is Reality?

even the word Reality is not really true, real i.e. rightly understood by us

i never was religious from the beginning,
but spiritual
by then i had no clue that even the word spiritual existed

i only knew that i liked to discover inner beauties
as if i was literally uncovering lid fro a can

so when i went on an islamic forum
and saw so much division
that hit me
for i never thought that division in what is called the last and completed religion existed

so i declared by then,
that God does not takes side even if it is called islam
but protects Truth

this i was innerly sure of,
it was a sure shot

innerly i felt disconnected with the inner touch
when i met a sort of muslim teacher

who was so much more in touch with quran
that i wanted to follow the quranic teaching

but the thing is
people knows more the letter of it
than the spirit of it

from that time i lost touch with my inner self
and that used to be soft

once i tried to be "honest"
i felt it was impossible to practice religion
and i felt my heart became hard

somehow i met a sufi group
so that was the spirituality i was always attracted with

that time was really particular
for i was so much in touch with my inner world of dreams and visions

this was a total mind blowing experience

for it opened a door to perception
to right perception on some regards

and that is :
hell and heaven exist
right now

as said in the Constantine movie :

 John Constantine: But when you cross over time stops. Take it from me, two minutes in hell is a lifetime. When I came back I knew all the things I could see were real. Heaven and hell are right here. Behind every wall, every window. The world behind the world, and we're smack in the middle.

when i heard Heaven and Hell are right here

it reminded me my own dreams and visions in that period of my life

the new breakthrough by then in my life
was to really understand
that Heaven and Hell are NOW and NOT later, not once we are dead we go to heaven and hell

i can related to the muslims reading that
for each single counter truth i may seem to say
because i went through them all

it can be proven 
by simple logic 
in hadith is it not said 
the way we die is the way we are raised up?

if we die as a believer we are raised as such in heaven 
if we die as a disbeliever we are raised as such in hell

because our last moment is NOT a moment OUT of Time
it is NOT to come

it is ALREADY there!
by the very choices we do in the now and then
we choose either to take the PATH leading to heaven 
or the PATH leading to hell

and the PATH itself is heaven if we die on it
or the path itself is hell if we die on it

as in the hadith of the guy 
who chose to show abnegation to God to be forgiven
after having killed so many people
he died while travelling to a saint place

and while he was half way between the heaven and hellish place
angels of both sides fought to know who shall get his soul
and finally due to his INTENTION set 
God shortened the path to heaven for him
thus he was counted among the heavenly ones

so it is true 
each of our decisions and choices BUILD up to our heaven or hell 
and NOT as to COME 
but as IS.

heaven and hell are ON THE SPOT
it is NEVER after

the word HEREAFTER - Akheera 
means MORE than the english image of hereafter 
we misunderstand it as AFTER the NOW

Akheera with the meaning of LAST, as in LAST stage , that which is BEHIND or BEYOND the seen

like in the prayer of the Prophet :

Allah shows me things as they REALLY ARE.

it is because by then in his time

people went out of sheer period of ignorance

hardly learning that one should should not stone to death baby girls

so how could, except for a few, on a mass scale, higher level consciousness be taught to 

people who were so much LOW in their mind

by the way, this is why the prophet said in his last sermon 

report my worlds to next generation 

for they may understand more/better.

and your consciousness is raised from lower to HIGHER worlds of understanding!

another word for low is the root word of Dunia 

muslims takes too narrow mindedly the meaning of dunia

i know because i went through it

dunia is seen as the life on this earth

that one should shun 

so that one reap all for the akeehra in the after life after death

but dunia is NOT this world 

dunia is the LOWER part of this world/time

how can time be LOW 

when this very time can be your savior?

Daani', which literally something which is low, lowly, insignificant, 

something of inferior value

so the lower aspect of this life, 

in another word, lower consciousness is this dunia

but if you ASCEND, i.e. do the Miraaj as the prophet did, 

as you are supposed to work for it in ramadan 

then, you can LIVE in this world without being part of the dunia

this is why in a hadith

it was said of a man who came with his ablution water dripping from his face

that he is from the people of heaven (prophet saying)

while other companions of prophets 

tried to see lol by stalking him all day long or week long what he did for that 

what extra prayer he did

and finally as they found not

they asked him please tell us 

and he said

i do nothing

except that i forgive those who hurt me

and how could he be SEEN as HE REALLY IS ON THE SPOT 

as a person of heaven?

because heaven was HIS STATE in the NOW

and how he went to heaven ?

by forgiving constantly 

so,

when i used to see heavenly like pictures

because i was more in a temporary state of goodness

i used to be so happy

as if i was in another world though living in this one

but when i had constrained myself by attaching myself to 

self reproach, guilt and sorrow

i saw literally speaking hell

felt it 

and when i used to got up from these nightmares

i could still feel scorch on the skin, if i had been hurt during it.

it is ONLY because of the awakening of the cool breeze

that i started to learn to LET GO and FORGIVE myself.

our own body will become heaven or hell

by the way we choose to address ourselves 

yes the way we address others is the way we address ourselves ON THE SPOT

it is not a far off connection

for i learned a few weeks ago

that if i hit my foot 

the nerves got shocked and the hurt ascended up the spine!

therefore back got hurt! though there is no apparent link between a foot and back hurt! 

and i understood 

1-the meaning of resonating - we, being a resonator 

2-the meaning of extending limbs 

such as 

if foot hurt lead me to accumulated in my spine, nervous system the hurt felt 

then what about my hands when they give hurt to someone else?

it means , that me too i accumulated inside of me ON THE SPOT the hurt i am sending out

by extension i am the Beauty i recognise and give to others

and the hellfire that i nourish in acting so towards others and thus myself.

it is the FIRST time i REALLY lived the experience of 

the OTHER as YOURSELF

Bad Mood

i had a real bad mood yesterday

the thing with bad mood
is that you WANT TO STAY WITH IT
as looooooooooooooong as it takes

and then, had i had my fiancé in front of me
i would have smashed his head

lol
hehehe

so,
having a bad mood is OK
actually it is important to avoid it
  

however..is also important to see,,who is watching the bad mood,,?..


is the witness
is the arising and passing away..of mental citta factors
(citta = is our attention, the mental + emotional sides)

if you do NOT do it on the spot..you CAN get stuck on bad citta

this is WHY i was SO MUCH ENGROSSED in that BAD MOOD
that i did not want to calm down
for i had taken it as MY ID by then, so much i identified myself with it


and why it was so?
because i refused to meditate..while in the BAD mood..to ,,see,, the mood

so meditation ON THE SPOT
allow us to SEE ourselves, here to see my bad mood

but true, 
who wants to SEE that which is bad? 
i prefer on the spot to have a fighting character 
a real bad one
instead of seeing it passing 

which means
preferring to identify more and more with it by allowing time to pass like that
instead of seeing it passing!

that is so stupid of me
hopefully 
next time i will raise my energy ON THE SPOT
to SEE the state of emotions i am IN

so that it JUST be a PASSING thing 
as it was MEANT TO BE

and NOT something sticky lol



     

Boredom

i realised that actually i feel bored
when things goes into routine
and seems no more working

and i had forgotten!
that joy is the key

JOY/Love is the ONLY power
that works

which means
if i do something
without joy then it will bear no fruits

this means NOT to submit to the task like a slave
and call it joy
or force joy upon myself

this means to INITIATE a VERSION of that task
in MY MIND that would BRING JOY
and eventually i could FEEL JOY in my heart

this changes everything

so now, lol
i took part in a game to win a week end somewhere in some castle

so what i did
is first i imagined myself at this place
wondered FIRST
WHAT joy is close to this scene to me

so for me
it was the stone of the castle
i like the touch of it

the wind of the place
that gives sensation of freedom up high
a castle up high on a cliff

and under the sea
the waves sound is fabulous

and of course
a good green forest nearby
to feel refreshed in the morning

while having my breakfast in the garden!

;)
as i felt the joy of the version of the scene
then, i let it go
in the silence


i have to win !
for otherwise why i would have felt the joy?

if i felt it, then it is real

it is JUST the timing of it
that i am not in control of

as i have been told
you do your share : the WHAT
and let GOD care for the : WHEN (why, who etc.)

The Spirit

i had today a nice dream

ah that was beautiful and glorious
i saw the spirit
raising like a huge flame
and it raised in front of shri mataji who was next to me

and he raised so that she too recognises its grandeur   
as she did, she bowed to it 

i liked that

that was truly real scene for the word Glory

now somehow i will do what i can, to get this too   

i have to , because this kind of glory i have never seen it in daily life
i just wish dream does not faint in my mind otherwise i forget my drive  
out of boredom at times

it was beautiful 

because when i look at it again
first, nothing else existed in the attention 
except 

only this great and i don t know for what reason, beautiful flame it was, rising

third it was really powerful and especially superior on its own

and when i look back at it , there is no question rising or doubts if it was good or not and to what limit

i can breathe well         

Conscious and Subconscious

Have ever heard of people playing a role?
or again that life is like a drama, role play?

i JUST understood today its REAL meaning! :)
feel SOO content and fulfilled :)
yes findings like these are bread like to me,
well rather sweet than bread lol

it functions like this..you do to other what you would WANT to yourself,but you're afraid to do/experience this by doing this to yourself

so.... the human being found a way!
that  is projection !

PROJECTION !!!

"we think of the other the way we think of ourselves"

here is a little story,

at midnight a pious person was coming out of a church/mosque/ saint place
and he met a guy in the street

his first though, "oh the great guy, he is so diligently working out himself to keep vigil at night in prayer."

and when this other guy met the pious one,
he said to himself with a malicious face " ah, this guy playing the pious but in truth no better than me,
sneaking out at night to go to discotheque"

LOL
when i heard this
i laughed a lot

and it was a revelation,

it means we think of the others, the way we think of ourselves.


same about the rest of our life
we are wholly experiencing ourselves at all time
by doing unto the other what we are afraid to do/admit to ourselves of our inner/hidden desires/personality.

why afraid?
for we have a logical mind which is afraid for it can't manage to control the inner deep power of his inner desire.
it knows that it is SO STRONG that it will defies its logic.

thus this BLOCK
which is too traumatising to self experience (i.e. being experienced by the consciousness)
will be soften by being projected i.e. being experienced TOWARDS the other!

BY PASS way to experience it

so our subconscious is projecting on the other
to know itself
by passing the block between the logical brain and the inner desires of the individual

THUS

THIS IS HOW WE PROJECT OUTSIDE
THAT WHICH IS INSIDE OF US!

why the need for this self experience?
ah, suddenly it becomes clear, isn't it?

SELF experience
before i could not get what  SELF experience
it is the subconscious trying to know itself
while the conscious, as the name point at is CONSCIOUS of this EXPERIENCE

knowing how it works..automatically makes the ,,inner,, being understood


and the block was about

lack of communication between mind/soul/spirit..etc 
orin other word

 the conscious vs the subconscious reality


third, 
this projection creates a ,,connection,, between the conscious and subconscious - mind and soul?

this connection is
a medium to communicate between both.

CONCLUSION : 

so we always,,project,, the inner ,,outside,,..to ,,see ourselves,,

so the pious guy wanted to see his own piousness
to see what his piousness looked like :)

and the disco guy wanted to see what his depraved life looked like lol

true a mirror cannot see itself
it NEEDS a second person to be able to see HOW it reflects WELL!
so far so good

BUT 
when our attention FORGETS THAT! (man forgets, so use remembrance - quran/islam)
when it forgets the rule of the game : to know yourself, to experience your self
as a mirror would want too

and starts thinking that it is the beauty of the other i want to possess (one of the 10 commandments not to transgress -judaism)
or the ugliness of the other that i want to wipe off ( do not judge or you will be judged - christianity)

then it is HOW our attention got corrupted
and we forget WHO we are.

see ? all of the religious teachings AIM at bringing man back to :

THE PURE BLISSFUL AWARENESS OF THE PRESENT MOMENT BEING EXPERIENCED

Back pain healing

I had to imagine what it would be like having back blocked
and not being able to walk


guess what?!

it is what happened,
ah, if i am so good at imagining
i better imagine next time GREAT LOVELY things
happening to me

;) well i did
delicious ones lol

so,
i know they will happen :)


yes, so in the morning,
when i got up
my back was blocked
and i had much pain, going from the back to the right leg

so i raised the energy
and put hands on the main chakras
doing thus a cycle

and then,
when it started to feel cool
i stayed with this feeling
as long as this coolness spread in the body

of course,
i put first my attention on the area of the pain
for once the attention is in the cool breeze
then WHERE we direct the attention, the energy follows

thus when i directed my attention on the painful area
the attention was like a laser
or like the concentrated rays of sun
that remove the dark clouds

so the realised attention EMPTIES the area where it is directed
and then the pain disappears!

because the body is the densified extensions of our immaterial thoughts
so if cool breeze can provoke a state of thoughtless awareness
THAN
on the manifestation realm/concrete physical space
the cool breeze WILL ALSO provoke THIS emptiness
so here the thoughts materialised (my projection of experiencing this blocked back)
have been wiped off by the attention loaded with this cool breeze

et voilà!

my back got healed within 1h max!

ah so happy! :)
