Indian store - anger benefit

Anger and outburst

it is rare that i become angry
but when i become angry is really because
the person is at the least displaying stupidity to hurt you OPENLY

yesterday we went to an indian store to buy
some stuff
accompanied by three other girls

let me tell you
the sort of indian man we met
he was so happy that we wanted to buy 10 clothes
that in his haste of getting things done

he did not pay attention to us as a human being lol

see that :

we told him
bring the SAME RED color
the SAME clothes

he said yes yes

later,

he brought us another red
thinking what?

money of course

anyway,
we told him
but it is not same red
and he said
well it is the light,
the neon light which is affecting ...!

really take us for numbnuts!
i said to myself

second,
when we said him no
he became angry

and accused us of having made him
work for nothing

and i exploded
not only the man DID a mistake
but also TOPPED it with accusation
while it is his fault
he had to assure himself of the right color
we did not ask him to bring it ANYWAY
but bring the SAME color

and later put the cherry of insult!

so i turned my anger at him
and told him this above
i really hate bad will people with such stupidity
as to PURPOSELY LIE and deform reality in FRONT OF MY FACE

and ACCUSE me of that!

of course,
the other girls thought it was unbalanced behavior
for the image of the "spirit" is love and compassion

but that which you understand not
is that ON THE SPOT you ARE what you ARE
you PRETEND NOT
pretending is the LAST thing to do
if you repress your disagreement, anger or discontent
under the pretext of what the spirit quality is
then you will never let your defect come out
into your attention

so that the energy may purify you with.

For at some point,
you will reach one day your breaking point
and you WILL lose your temper,
and become angry at the WRONG person, at the WRONG time
and it would be a greater catastrophe for you
than to settle things ON THE SPOT

so ONLY when you realise your DEFECT
that you can gain KNOWLEDGE of yourself
and THEN let the Power of God purify you.

and FOR that to happen
RIGHT after it
i SHOULD use the cycles
so that my GOD WITHIN HEALS me from that anger.

for no MENTAL effort of "letting go" will work
as we will ALWAYS come back speaking of it to others
ONLY God power erase your anger and heals you from it.

and that is the ONLY way
if you don't want to reincarnate
due to that anger.

and the day
your belly is ALL healed
then, you will know it
and on the spot in front of such people
you won't even feel bothered
and only smile and laugh it out

so it is NOT about the others
NOR about your self-control or manners...
it is about your INNER healing

and to heal
first you need to let your anger emerge
second ON THE SPOT
use the cycles to let God heals you.

and 


so i say,
don't pretend
don't be uptight ass,

BE YOURSELF

and then,
one day,
you will realise, and this for sure, that you are the SPIRIT.

but this does not take an attitude
or EFFORT to remain self-composed
this take HONESTY to (be) oneself on the spot

to PROTECT your soul rights, first and foremost
(i wonder why yogis speak not of soul, atman?? hello?)

second, to KNOW where your limits lies
and THEN to LET IT GO for the energy to purify it for you.

i prefer to settle things on spot
than to become overpowered by them on the wrong place, wrong time and heavier consequences.

ps : people make mistake
because their care is NOT on the person
they lack empathy
therefore they assume that provided they are ticking their box
and get their things done
all SHOULD be ok
and if not ok
then they consider it NOT as an error
but as a weirdo reaction coming from the other

hello?
error is not what you think precision/or manners are missing
error is when you forget to have care/empathy,
and expect the other to get ticked into a box!

then things go wrong
and this is an error.

and the worst is when people recognise not
or are unable to see their error
because they are lacking empathy
not because they are all bad willed

they are simply lacking heart qualities.

Forgiveness and its interpretation

i just discovered
why usually we don't like to forgive

it is because forgive is synonymous for us
of "staying with that (kind of) person"

at least for me so far

but i just realised it was my interpretation


so as in truth,
to forgive is to let go

it means if you forgive the people
you appreciate less and less
then the Power of God
will shift you with higher quality people

hence the importance of forgiveness
forgive, forgive
till your surrounding change
and you be upgraded with more refined
and more honest people


now, seen like that
i LOVE forgiveness!

Sunflower and petals are all ONE spirit

Hi there!

When someone calls me
and feels really down
it is like i see him inside of me
and i KNOW as i SEE him
i CAN THUS elevate him

i can heal him
elevate him
patch him back

these are the words i jot down a bit randomly
hoping they are close to my feeling


and ONCE i do it
i feel myself repaired! inside
and feel so comfy and happy

why it feels so?
because this feeling proves that we are ONE in spirit
and it is NO theory
that I AM THE OTHERS

yes this is the picture i ve taken in Italy
i call it the SUNFLOWER

and the sun makes NO efforts
to BRING his rays to every corner of the earth
they just LAND in their

this is HOW sharing joy is authentic
and effortless

but people do not know sharing
and EVEN less they know HOW to receive (sunrays/gifts)

if you don't know how to receive
how can you give?
you remain an empty cup i tell you

when i shared my miraculous experience
in italy
meaning
in a picture
seeing sunrays coming out of my belly
except 1 person
no one came back to share this joy

why?
lol
because they have no attention inside themselves
they said to themselves
she will have ego

but no it was their OWN ego speaking
plus they lost their opportunity to KNOW how to get the SAME

why?
because you are responsible ONLY of YOURSELF
NOT of the others

it means
you say
ok i see that,
i like it
how it happened
i want same
let s ask
let s be joyous
and let it be contagious!

let us share our experiences
so that they become ALIVE for the rest of us

this is WHAT a collective is

this is WHAT is a NATURAL COMMON SENSE
behavior of those who have the DESIRE of God
if no purpose
no seeking
no asking
no answer

and doom to same routine...
i tell you

instead of looking into your OWN joy
into yourself
you invest yourself of the CHARGE of the "care" of the other?!

fake
it is ego speaking
ego acting
and ego is joyless
because not of the spirit

in truth 
it means you are pretending
UNDER cover of doing her good, protecting her from an inflating ego,
and thus NOT giving any feedback, no expression of joy

you are actually
censoring your heart from sharing her joy
and just censoring it
from opening!

because they have a DESIRE for GOD
they have a purpose
and WHEN you have a purpose

then,
you ACT according to IT
you ask
inquire,
seek feverishly
and you are restless
and keep on your track
because you see the signs
and run after them before they are gone!
because time wait NOT

this is NATURAL selection

instead people
are NOT doing ANY introspection
to see WHAT i need to IMPROVE

that my weaknesses are my potential strengths!

that the other is MY mirror
and that i can be that TOO

this is HOW a life time pass
and you die
while God kept coming in front of you
but you kept turning a blind eye to him
because you thought
that it is NEVER in a human being

if SPIRIT is ONE
and spirit is in YOU AS in the OTHERS
than WHY you take others' life as LIGHTLY as this?

why it is NOT a mirror to you?
for your OWN progress?

why the indifference?
it means that whether i had or not this experience
shared it or not
it would have been the same?

for no sharing took place


only a girl asked inquired
i told her the method
and she got an amazing experience

where she felt her rate of vibration increasing
this morning
she felt as if she saw Shri Mataji face in her heart
with thousands hands

and she saw light of God
in herself and in others

to remain general

HOW is this possible?

i changed my mobile
and contacted EVERYONE on earth lol

no contacted all my contact telling them

is there any common sense filled living soul
who will no contact you
and then ask
a  third person
what have you become?

this makes me stand on my chair
no bed
lol

first contact that person
see if she is still alive lol
and THEN as a LAST option
check a third party to know if there is some sign of life

again,
time tells about people how they grow

whenever i have been contacted
was for a favor to give

but no one
(well except for one or two people
whom i recognise thus as GENUINE friends)
contacted me to ask
hey girl are you ok? what are you becoming?

why not so?
for there is no genuine care

this is also natural selection
process

i always wondered
how scene shift in life
how we change naturally platform
of friends, of level of society
for a more refined one

it is so
you keep giving to people
and they keep making wrong choices
the one of not receiving

at the end,
the balance shift

and God replace them by better than them
because it is needed for the evolution of each of us
to meet people who are WILLING to SHARE
so that we KEEP creating and experiencing ANEW


I would have wished to write this earlier
for the experience was fresher
about my feelings when i uplift people who calls me
but hey, :)

better than nothing :x


Beware that miracles..(like photos..or others) are "evidence" of the path...

they are not ego pumping...
they are not only needed..but actually required to know you are on the right path

B-DAY!

so many things to write
i make lots of self discovery within a week
i also NEED to write a letter of praise about a friend
such beautiful qualities she has

but as i am in hurry
just one quick post

it was my birthday
and i realised ONLY true friends
remembered not only to WISH it but also to CELEBRATE it with me.

now, i naturally can tell
who is a true friend
from a "meditation peer" lol


a true friend,
like she acted,
and i felt positively shocked,
she bought me a gift weeks ago

another one
with her daughter
they learned it later that it was my birthday
but both of them
did such a beautiful surprised b-day party

it is so caring
i tell you why

we came back at 1am
who has the courage to do a b-day party at this time?

but she knew i loved the wii dancing
and what is funny
is that her daughter had heard me months ago
saying i love this wii experience of dancing
we shall do this together!
i never mentioned to them that i would love it for my b-day party

and they prepared it for me.
spontaneously.

vs

another group of "friends",
during our summer holidays
i literally told them
that for my coming b-day
i would like to have a wii dance party by and with them

some will laugh
why i was so direct
but it is only because
first i considered them as family/real close friends
for i always gave them the BEST advice
for i wished them the BEST.

so much, that i told them
i feel like being their "psy" giving free consultation lol

so i wanted to see,
is it same on their side?

as you know,
i am not a material person
 the whole year
i took part in their collective b-day parties
either by being present or by taking part in their gifts
or even by creating videos specially for them
why?
because it gave me joy to show i am THERE
and to SHARE it with them

JOY is to be SHARED
LOVE is SHARED
there is no other way

i did my share.
now, what about them?


so, this time
i openly not only give my b-day date
but also told them what i would like
because i KNOW what gives me JOY
and joy increases ONLY if more people take part in it


yet! no one chose to remember
to celebrate it with me
for the exception of one girl who wished it by mail
which is sweet
but let's be honest, it was not my point
and she knows it.

my point was
let 's dance ! lol

anyway,
i concluded

experiences in life
give us
the clarity

to know WHO
are your true friends
and mine i can count them on a single hand

true friends are those
who remember you
BECAUSE it is their INTENT
their WILL POWER 
 
who care for you
who are not only opportunist
or remember you for collecting money

but whose hearts are -IN the present.
and they don't shove the message under the carpet
as soon as they HEAR it.

you see,
it is HOW you pretend to "forget"
or say that "circumstances" were not right.

had the 1am circumstance right for a wii party ?
no
but the HEART was there.
PRESENT.

but where is joy?

this is what a friend and her daughter did
they created joy for me, for them

i am really appreciative
because above all
i SAW they are true
and this

when time will be right
they will get it 1000 times back from me

but i know

i never forget someone who did good to me sincerely
especially when no one cared.

and i could give them what their inner heart desire
for this is my wish
if i can see the sincerity of a person
and i know what she wishes
then i am happy to look forward to her happiness
and i feel happy to feel their happiness in me too.

so above this b-day party
which seems a petty thing

i tell you what i discovered about them

i discovered that my friend
is a beautiful mother
she shared with her daughter
in all honesty

told her
look it was our friends b-day
we did not know about it
it is a belated b-day
let's do something
as she is coming to see us today

and while that day
they had NO spare time
they came late to their own appointment

just to go and shop for me gifts!
which were bought by her daughter

which amazed me
is that she pinpointed
one of my preferred flower
the night jasmine from india :)

she wrote me a b-day card
with such innocent words
who happened to be so true

wherein she said "tu es une personne trés gentille"
which means real "kind and nice" person.

and packed herself the gifts
i loved to hear
that at the shop she refused them to pack it
for in her mind she had a very PRECISE idea
of what SHE wanted.

so at such a young age of 10
she STOOD her GROUND!

i loved it!

what a wonderful mother
make such a wonderful child:)

she taught to her child
how to be honest, straight forward, assertive
and have fun.

it is up to the parents to give children
opportunities to experience life
to know good manners
but not mannerism
i.e. good manners FROM the heart

and the b-day cake was so cute
lack of time
but no lack of care
it was donuts
i loved them!

of different kinds
of course the chocolate one was the best!:))

what i loved about them
was that they respect themselves
they respect their heart
they EXPRESS it

unconditionally

meaning
you do not look at WHO
but at the WHAT

what is my heart saying?
and you follow it

and of course
then the who is then being automatically honored

you can only share if you have something to share
if you don't have love,
how can you share it?

it will burden you
when it comes to celebrate b-day of someone else
in a group of "friends".
you will choose "to forget" and  turn a blind eye
to a few people b-days

why?
because this is the moment of TRUTH
where you realise inside of yourself

hey why should i celebrate her b-day?
it gives me no joy.really.
let's turn a blind eye to it.

and why it gives you no joy?
for you never learned to appreciate this person.
you used her
but
were neither truly appreciative
nor grateful.

therefore, you are unable to love her.

and this is the truth.

this applies only to those who pretend
to appreciate you and be your friends
not to those who never issued that claim.

for them, it is normal lol
that they do not take part in b-day.

see?
sharing joy and love
must be natural

so those who naturally showed it to me
by celebrating it with me
are those who are first sincere with themselves

then, they could be sincere with me.

why is it so?
because it is those who appreciated me
they saw me
and let me know
that i've brought something into their life.

for the others,
for sure i brought something into their life
for i am not oblivious to the good i did

i am not oblivious to the practical advice i gave them
rare are people who give you life saving advice
only because they wish the best for you

but then, these "friends" chose to let it become dust.

and this is a natural feedback
a natural selection happened
in the most spontaneous and authentic way
while leaving them happy
with their choice for they were free to choose
and never from me they will hear any reproach

as my aim was to see.
and for me it makes me happy
for i have seen and i know.


and clarity is what helps you
to advance in life
to make right decisions.

and only truth remains,
falsehood always perishes

when time passes.

Energies projection

There is a great thing i literally realised today

that when we see someone as bad
actually the person is ok

this feeling of hate i had against a person
i could have had it with another one
it is just that this person happened to be there
at that moment.

so the energy that i bore in me
on a given time
is way deeper in me linked to
some unresolved issue i had let s say with people breaking their words

so when my inner energy which is linked with this breach of trust
once in certain circumstances awakened
and thus TESTED

it manifested itself outside of myself.

but HOW it worked?

i tell you
it is as if this trunk of energy
starting from my belly (for belly is the center of well being)
is linked on one side to a screen which is projecting on it
a past experience of a breach of trust

and the energy trunk grows up to my brain
and there of course
there is no outlet
if my sahasrara is not opened
it receives not the love energy to dissolve it

therefore
it projects like another screen of tv
but let s call it in a laser like way
it project "an image"
on a white piece of marble/light
which is the other person

so that the person is somehow being
influenced and in a way controlled by my energy
and if my inner energy is repulsion
then this person will feel repulsed
and will flee away seeing me

and this works on her
because in her own consciousness she is feeling guilty
and is not at rest/peace!

so the trigger work.

but if i have the sahasrara opened
and let the energy of love being showered
on my deeper inner past experience of breach of trust
this experience is transformed in love
and the energy emitted out of myself
is love
and it attracts in turns the person
whose behavior will change and become amiable

so it is in the end
all about myself
about my inside.

it is never the other one s fault.

after our period of blaming the whole word
we are actually witnessing and experiencing
the manifestation of our own unresolved energies
inside of our selves
which are like any "intelligent" robot
manifesting themselves
out of us
and chiseling our world outside
and making it at our OWN image.

so if our world is ugly
it is because we have inside of us
some precise energy
which is related to some past unresolved painful experience
which ONLY need
like a child does
to attract our attention
to get resolved/to grow!

therefore
it attracts our attention
by manifesting itself
and popping out into our world
and coloring it, painting it
like a child paint on a canvas

have you ever seen a child's painting?
it expresses his subconscious so spontaneously

same with us
our inner energi-es
pop out
when they are triggered by some parameters/circumstances
and they paint on our canvas,
which is our world/people we meet

and it shows us that it needs to receive Light/Love to grow
and it is NOT the kind of love you think
it is ATTENTION ILLUMINATED
the one that is so
when our sahasrara is opened
and the light pours from upwards
deep down

this is WHY
it is important to have loooong meditation
long enough to let this energy of love/cool breeze
sink inside and transform our "matrix" lol
