About Hurt

yesterday night
as i was going to sleep
i heard the spirit
saying something

before i relate
i tell you how the impression was
was like you could follow the energy
of what was being said/described

let me give you an example
say you are holding a cup of tea
it just sounds boring to envision that
right?

but what if
you were all of this?
the energy of that hand
which is holding the cup
the cup itself
and the water

being all of this
and knowing it from "inside" of them
and is like
you are a flux of energy
passing by each of them
and are able to witness how it is
to be all of this

now
all of sudden
that is an exciting cup of tea!
isn't it?

well was same
in my vision

when the spirit
was saying what it was saying
i was experiencing the saying
so it makes it true for me
for i could feel it from the inside

and it said

"they hurt others to their image
prior to hurting you
they have to hurt themselves
otherwise how would they feel/know the feel of the hurt they are inflicting to you?"

and when the voice was saying this
i saw was like this
as if the person
before it could hurt me
had to hurt itself
then it could reach me

but while doing so
he self inflicted upon himself
the very hurt
and learned thereby
what is the hurt

was very educating
is like you take a needle
and the needle is inside your body
first you have to tear apart
you own flesh
before reaching out of your body
to tear apart and hurt the others

this is what i saw
and what i felt
the person can't hurt me
first it has to hurt himself

second
i learned that
the person can't know the meaning
of what is bad
or the meaning of hurt
on others

unless it has experienced it
on his own self first
