Lying in Grave

this morning just before getting up
it was like i was awake in myself and as if it was death time like lying in a grave
and it was all dark
and i was wondering 

and now
where i go?

as i knew i could choose the place where i will go.
 but it was just all dark

so when i woke up i was startled to be there again.

while i was sure it was over
over for something new i mean.

...........

so only the body was lying down
i am not my body.

but this is the realisation 
i did not have on the spot

on the spot i was thinking i was that body
and that death came over.

so if the nails i cut
are not me
why would the body that dies 
would be my death?

seen like this it is clear.

and it is also clear 
why we think we died.
lol the dead one thinking about his death
proves he is not the dead body! lol

it is just that because i still 
have not the mental power 
of realising that i am NOT that body
and if the body goes away
i am not finished.

the fact that i be so accutely attuned to my own individuality 
is for the benefit of experiencing life from within elements of a WHOLE.

so this identification 
should only be for the sake of the experience itself.

but to KNOW once with heart, mind, soul (is that what Buddhist call citta?)
that i am The Light of God (Essence?)
it is the true remembering

and ONLY when it happens in this VERY life
while being ALIVE
then 

at the death time
we can REMEMBER it. RE- MEMBER it.

otherwise how could you recall it at leisure
i like to say summon it
summon this light
if you had no prior experience to recall it?




but as we get used to the individuality (for the sake of experiencing life)
when it ends
we think that we end too.

while we only shift in worlds.
according to what we reap in our consciousness(?)
i guess.



hmm.

so we are this light
and have to remember it 
BY the way of experiencing it.

         

And if God's light shows up
everybody would be scared
and run away
in lower incarnations realm.

i wonder how come we could run from fear of the light?

is it because the light uncover us?
because it uncovers us to our own light ?
and as we are not "used" to it
it hurts?

like when someone switches on light
while you are sleeping in your room at night?

so it is a question of getting used to
by way of experiencing 
our own light.
bit by bit.

while if it is just turned on 
all of a sudden
we are hurt.

seen like this
all "bad" experience in life  
is only the sign that light is being uncovered in us
and we are experiencing its hurt
as it is disturbing our habit which had not same amount of light ?

we are in a way being upgraded
and the more we resist the more we suffer.

The most important thing for white people is freedom. The most important thing for Indian people is honor.
The white world puts all the power at the top. When someone gets to the top, they have the power to take your freedom. In your churches there is someone at the top. In your schools, too. No wonder Americans always worry about freedom. You have so damn little of it. If you don’t protect it, someone will take it away from you.

Everything looked like cages. Your clothes fit like cages. Your houses looked like cages. You put fences around your yards so they looked like cages. Everything was a cage. Then you wondered why you weren’t happy and didn’t feel free.

We Indians never thought that way. Everyone was free. We didn’t make cages of laws or land. We believed in honor. To us, the white man looked like a blind man walking. He knew he was on the wrong path when he bumped into the edge of one of the cages. Our guide was inside, not outside. It was honor. It was more important for us to know what was right than to know what was wrong.

We looked at animals and saw what was right. We saw how every animal had wisdom and we tried to learn that wisdom. We looked to see how they got along and how they raised their young. We did not look for what was wrong. Instead we always reached for what was right. It was this search that kept us on a good path, not rules and fences. We wanted honor for ourselves and our families. The only time freedom is important is when others are trying to put you in chains. We had no chains so we needed no freedom.

We had always had our freedom, so you had nothing of value to give us. All you could do is take it away and give it back to us in the form of cages. You took our honor and gave us your freedom. And even you know that is no freedom at all. It is just the freedom to live inside your own locked cage.

Remembering your TRUE Nature

Dukkha  is the suffering of the citta - (citta Attention or more like consciousness?)

that is its suffering that you are facing, while before it was hidden -

-so the suffering appears like ripples on surface of water
as it was before immersed,
and now it is coming to the surface lol
while coming up
it creates ripples
and you call this suffering-
to give you the opportunity to face it,

knowing that you are your own master
meaning in control

on the spot
you remember it is a form,
and you are not the form

(you don't remember with thoughts!
but as automatic REMEMBERING
meaning you do it not
it appears as Crystal clear awarenss/witnessing of it
from within you)

for you are the Witness
so when the wave of suffering/like thougths in meditation comes,

your AIM is to re establish the purity of your true nature
to REMEMBER IT

(re establish for we are identified with it/suffering
this is WHY we can feel suffering
but suffering is NOT our nature
nor our part and parcel of True identity.
it is just things which need to re-surface
to become ONE with their own true nature of the SPirit.

of course if you know it NOT
you STAY with the suffering
as you assume it is YOUR LIFE)

HOW?

by being the Witness of the True Origine/Nature of the citta.

Suffering are great opportunity to re establis the Witness state.

this night i dreamt
i said in a true way with the heart may be
La ilaha ill Allah -

this is a negation of all forms of God, except the ONLY TRUE ONE.

and then, someone removed a heaviness from Inside of me,
like a dead corpse
once can say.

so it is about the negating of form (of suffering and anything on the spot).
when facing it
we are THEN ACTUALLY PRACTICALLY DOING la ilaha ill Allah
with our own life/circumstances we are facing.

like this morning,
i was meditating,
putting attention on top of head
where the cool breeze comes out

and then,
doing the walking meditation

AND THEN ON THE SPOT
while i was turning around,
i realised that all the world AROUND
that i was seeing
all the objects, the room etc.
are thoughts but in a more dense form

(as all is energy
but energy densified permits us to experience our thoughts
from Inside,
and that is HOW experience takes place)

(of course we can ALL realise it
during the day as THEORY - imitation of others' thoughts
others who have true intuition of it
who are more Advanced than the imitators ones lol

but as EXPERIENCE
is when the theory is practiced on the spot!
and lived and felt and verified
and integrated as ONE in you
for it is

WHEN
the mind and spirit becomes one in the experience
i feel...)



so AS LONG AS the Attention remains on the cool breeze
which is a purifier/cleaner
you can enjoy
and ride the wave of your experience/interacting with the environement/densified thoughts around you

(of course NOT as an effort, but as an AUTOMONOUS  result of your prior meditation)

and you know the environement is NOT real in this sense
real = as is,

for only your true nature of spirit is AS IS (=real)
while the rest ,
is on the contrary modifiable

only the true nature is as is
and the true nature of the citta
is as called "a luminous ground"

so things are just A form
that can be modified
by our witnessing and attention

but PRIOR to that
they need to be NEGATED
AS NOT PART OF OUR TRUE
IDENTIFY

for how could something be witnessed and the witness at the same time?
we are ONLY the WITNESS

and what is witnessed is the experience that we CHOOSE to enjoy/learn from.
so it is NOT us.


and of course if our attention
is being constantly purified
that which the attention looks at
is being modified to a better version of itself

the act of creation is a godly gift
i right now remember
a friend who said
"imagine, michael ange had seen in a piece of clay
the sculpture part of the sisteen chapelle
in the beginning
and now see the chapelle?!"

imagine, you can as the attribute of a God is,
create beauty out of a naked base

but whatever beauty you create
it is JUST an experience
for a beauty is NEVER everlasting

the ONLY everlasting beauty
is the one that is this very true nature of yours
and never reincarnate
for it is the PURE NATURE of the Witness.

The meeting of God ... with you

that's incredible

i was about to sleep

and i got a sort of real vision

it was like i can't put words
it makes no real sense

as it was more sensorial

it was like
i was watching a scenery/ landscape in mind

and then i saw it being produced by mind

and getting out of the mind

and becoming the ceiling of the chapel sistine

you know its ceiling paintings

and it became so real

and it was so beautiful

that i said myself

"THIS canNOT be human

it HAS to be divine"

(but what? i don't know now. is it the fine traits or the grace of the painting traits?) i don't remember!
yes i remember!
the ZOOMING OUT and the FITTING in the SKY as IF it was the VERY SKY of my Reality!

-well i know now why i don't remember
because it was from the Spirit
and now i try to remember it from the thoughts - no comparison.

thoughts are recycled energy - so dead for me
while spirit is EVER Alive-

and i realised in a breathe that

this ceiling painting LIKE THIS could become the SKY

and this is HOW projection from mind to the outside world is made

and  then we end up thinking it is real

or outside of us

while it comes from within and is its mere reflection.

but now i don't know how to write it

so that once i read myself back again i could see the truth of it AS i experienced it!

ah! i wish there was a tape recorder and i could play it will all sensations again. to remember.

indeed,

in the vision i understood or felt on the spot that sky exists only because i created it in mind first

it showed first how thought emerged

and that it zoomed out , like out of the state of thought, so out of me

and it became the sky of my vision

the reality that i know

thing is when it becomes the sky, i get so used to seeing it, that i believe it is separate from me

while it is like a nose in the face saying it is (from)you !

that was awesome !

so the SKY is NOT out of you

but STEMS from within you

so we are the WHOLE universe within without

it is the same

so you are GOD

(ok God as the SUN's reflection in the lake (= the Spirit)

but not THE ONE GOD / the real SUN who is out of your reach and from Whom you came)

Shakti knows its way BACK to purity!


this means when we are in a conflictual situation
then we open up
and let intuition dawn upon us

for the intuitive nature is that of the Shakti
and as it is Intelligent for She is the Power of God who created this universe


then She will inspire us for right diplomatic words

and i love the "WAY BACK to purity"

for it means She already threaded the path in one direction
so CERTITUDE is there
that she can thread it back

but this time taking us along with it
out of the conflict!

ps : ah! yeah,
so the fruitcakes who say that not to go to swimming pool for you will catch others' impurities
is TOTAL silliness!

for they are MEANT to KNOW that their TRUE self is ONE
i.e. them+others
therefore the purification has NO name
it is not me vs you

the other is ALSO my responsibility

just the thing is that we work for our own liberation
while purifying others help them to get a more favorable karmic path.
so it is a temporary blessing for them.

so your only presence become a blessing to them,
but not their liberation.

anyway,
as PURITY is PURE BY NATURE
it does NOT need to "protect" itself from impurities

Feeling in Love

Truly, it felt like the cells of the body,

especially in the center of belly up to the throat sides

were feeling love

can one say that the skin felt love?

as if being alive and independent from the mental idea of love

or of an emotion

because an emotion is like focused

while here the sensation was diffused

all over!
