How much is your awareness extended?
How much does it cover?
Unless fully present
and under the order of our attention
we are all living under a degree of psychosis
unaware of the lies and illusions
to the domains we believe we are safe
when time comes
and lies are revealed
the mind break will be sending people to hospitals
those that took powers
and for greeds covered truth
are incurring its debt now
in their next reincarnation
reincarnated as dog, elsewhere.
They feel in awe of seeing her
They think she is specially graced
I can say
I am indeed Graced
Because it is FACT
as true as Kundalini is the Grace
and it is in each of us
so are you GRACED in advance of you knowing and feeling it
Just accept it
and you are too full of awe inspiring creation
As long as there is Breath there is Shining of a new creation of yours
your growing light body
the sparkling diamond being cut in the process
refined again and again
everyday
do not forget
it is not because you are with duties
children and marriage that you are with commonly accepted excuse
to let your desire for enlightenment being dampened
Because truth is
Your FREE WILL
do not deceive yourself
time is gold
why everything in this society has value
except time?
money, work, family everything
but what about Time as stand alone
it has the most value
as it is waiting for your attention to it

When in nursery
I had a 'real' nightmare
where a white thin with light energy lady
was stifled like a stem
by a male energy not human
that would stifle her by wrapping itself around her
and she was like drowning
like when you know you would die and no one will know
of that calamity and you are on your own.
Of course I would surely wake up the dormitory by screaming
and then inside would feel a little bit relieved that it was a dream
and I would see two nurses/assistant taking care of me
trying to dissipate the nightmare.
Even less may be only twice in a trance like state I would remember that feeling
too vague to remember where it came from and then it would strike me it was same like in that dream.
Today while I was meditating
it is what I saw
Remember the meditation
Spiralling Kundalini awaken like a dragon
raises from beneath the lake
Lady of the Lake
and in its trail all the dust from the mud
at the bottom of the sea
would arise
and you the awakened one (at least partially)
would just see
but this seeing is magic
with no other duty that to see
the light through you eyes is dissolving these particles
atomising the past impressions, trauma and illusions.
And today
I felt and saw in details that same feeling
and finally understood what that nightmare was.
I saw the light thin energy of this white lady
she is like a stem of a tall flower
this energy was growing in between a rock
cleaved in the middle by this stem
both sides of the rock are the right and left channel
denser energy
far denser than the lady's
who is the Kundalini
When I was born
I felt stifled by the male energy that is overbearing
on this earth
too much dense
What a calamity
when the waters surrounds you
and you are born in them
you cannot pinpoint the illusion
as it is all around
no contrast for you to point at the dualism
and find your way
Like an external witness looking at that movie
could say
No chance of salvation no hope
if you cannot even have the chance to see you are in an illusion
the Land of Illusion
but the spark of Light
Spirit within you is there
just asleep but this is the box of Pandora
with the left over

I have been the past week meditating a little more
3h everyday in the morning
On week end, 8h
I am told to write truthfully
hence these details.
Gabriel said that only by devotion and discipline
can one have breakthrough

However
Spiritual Hygen is needed
Shielding, and Attention 24h a day : in Pure Awareness
The latter not there yet.
So I felt relenting a bit
Then one should remain open
to Grace wherever it comes from
I understood I had to put more attention
on Heart
Physical heart
which is reflected for sure in the centre of Sahasrara
So far
I did it but quality wise was stagnant
meaning you feel it when you are undergoing a shift
Then I realised I need to let go of mind to BE in heart
even though my attention was on heart
but parts of it where still holding on mind timeline
So today instinctively through intuitive approach
my attention was put on my heart
with an intention to let it BE - only
indeed it was all cool
coolness like a fountain overflowing from heart
Same yesterday, though not same approach,
but while sitting all of sudden signficant coolness broke through my sahasara
like a fountain half cool breeze and half water like density it felt
I was told Sahasrara is breaking through
I was told for now 6K petals open
next day I asked 4K
Bewildered lol
I was told it is not constant
It makes sense
like flowers they close and open during a whole daily cycle
Still I understand it is not yet stable
And today
the vision I had was that of
A man who was holding my heart in his hand and the heart was all white and a cool white mist was overflowing through his fingers from it.
I am told vision we let them go
Yes there is always a but with me
First satisfy my curiosity and give me good news
then I let you go
I wait for the good news now : )
By the way the past week,
everyday I was having a vision of one of my past reincarnation
I used to see a few a them popping up over the past few years
but last week was in a roll
I heard that when we are progressing
these past lives appear, as their impression on soul emerges
and we see them
May be we integrate them by seeing them ?
Main point focus should be on Spirit
if only on cool breeze then you are misled
as cool breeze even may disappear at death time
so you need to ensure your attention is stabilised on spirit
Cool breeze, Holy Spirit manifestation is a great boon
to help you purify
but unless you are responsible for your attention
ON spirit during meditation
and stablised in pure awareness during the rest of the day
you cannot grow, evolve and remember Who you are
That's why a yogi once told me
He had a heart attack (figure of speech)
when going back to his city after a decade or so
and seeing the yogis were still the same, like frozen in time
i.e. no progression
Please be considerate of the Grace
It is there
but one should for its sake hold ourselves accountable
by putting our attention in check
Pure Awareness is the goal.

Drastic change is the centre of perception

A year ago,
In a clear vision, with colour brighter than this world
I was sitting with a man,
we were wearing same clothes
white made of wool or cotton?
and Sandals
Sitting on a hill
green, summer like weather
I was looking at him with concern
I was worried that he would die
yet he was light hearted
From his heart I could perceive nothing else except two feelings
Peace and Joy
Peace was more preponderant
and I thought while hanging on him out of concern
how come his heart is full of peace and joy
while I am worried for his sake
Afterwards I realised it was Jesus
After a whole year
now I realised
Heart is the only place that can contain the Whole
Hence the peace, hence the joy
mind cannot
mind needs rest
mind cannot encompass the Whole
it is like being always hungry and thirsty for more
like running to catch the sun
there is no end to it
exhaustion, hide and seek, hope and crushed hope
a maze
But hasn't the saying said
Nothing can encompass me,
except the Heart of a believer?
yet we run our life on mind instruction
not on Heart
Let it be verified
but right button was pushed this weekend
mind is put at rest
Awareness of no need for reframing, resizing, dividing story of life
let the Heart do what it does best
Give it all to the Now
and let it Shine.

as they are most pure
before life trials and lack of inner guidance deroute them

our habits are our love
love of comfort, adventure, calm, peace etc.
The combination of all this depending on the mix
give our current life
The life we have is the life we love
Everything in our life is love or the lack of
What you choose not to love is also reflecting in your life as inertia in those domains
We are growing in a womb literally speaking
we are in a permanent state of a dream
the womb may be blessed by hands
Watchers are guardians of emptiness, void
"They are not like us"
Void cannot be understood
even less those that are its watchers.
