Some rules at job place,
you go to work and then you go away
so don't linger your thoughts on colleagues/job AFTER the workplace.
ALWAYS settle them ON THE SPOT
in WORDS and energically speaking.
after too late to settle them.
some lessons i learned :
if a colleague misbehave :
-know it is CHILDISH
-let it go
-if you can't, then raise your energy, turn it at the belly - center of wellness
-don't hesitate to use the light sword to remove them from your vital space lol
-don't pay attention to them
for they crave for attention.
it is just energy sucking purpose.
had i ever told that i dislike stupid people ? lol
i mean once you advise them in every possible God created way and they still not get it,
let them be as they are.
let them be with their own well earned consciousness!
-send them from heart some love,
yes hard to do,
but you will see becoming even more irritated!
because they were expecting hate in its stead.
so it is a funny revenge for you!:)
-and forgive, let go the thoughts, it means;
for Forgiveness, is a powerful force
that will put into movement other forces ON your behalf.
if you take control
then God let you with your own issues!
try it and then be happy!
Dealing with your supervisor :
-should stay in the middle, remain balance
-do not harass them, they are busy people
-do a list of what you need once,
and once you see him/her you hand her the paper.
like this your job is done.
-and then forget!
up to them to manage it. They manage their team for harmony sake,
want less clash. so up to them. you do not butt into their management job.
nor try to straighten up your colleagues. for it is not your job. EVEN though you have the awareness of the solution. but very few people want solution.
had i said that i don't like stupid people ? lol
because we tend to project,
we think that people are / want to be like we are , aiming high
but it is not the case
so instead of helping them,
you are actually hurting their ego.
waste of time
a sign is enough for a wise person,
do it once, twice.
if they don't get it,
again leave them with their consciousness
and if they want to learn it the hard way,
so much the better for them!
-don't stay with workplace thoughts AFTER job place,
for you are not being paid for this overtime :)
-don't befriend colleagues
means not not to be friendly,
but again, do not project yourself on the others
you may have befriending qualities, others not.they may not be sincere.
therefore, expect NOT same goodness from them.
they learn at their pace or not.
you do your ON THE SPOT good action
and expect no more.
-do your job and go
-if your colleagues wants you to react,
you better choose to remain silent, and ignore such person
-or at least say kind words, which will make this person even more angry lol
- SHOW OFF , YES, SHOW OFF your happiness,
for you have RIGHT to be happy!

shockingly exactly the same!
was he talking through her? i wonder
but what a sharp and precise person.
i think, as you KNOW your goal and REMEMBER them
THEN you can fix yourself some rules in a messy situation.

for thanks to her i realised
how not to project myself on others
and above all,
that what i liked not in my colleague
was my own issue that i needed to settle.
ok, a bit of it has been settled,
but most of it remain to be done.

i prefer the soft way though
no more working with a stupid colleague! please! God?!

To the Beautiful You
i would like emptiness to replace all the consciousnesses which put me away / distanced from his, from the spirit's level
Movies are great inspiring tools. Especially the Korean ones, for they are quite near the soul.

only intensive practice after a collective push/meditaiton can maintain this purified state : the realisation that only the awareness is stable.

wa la yuhiytune
bishey'in min ilmihi

What is Ever Living? Self Subsisting and Eternal?
it is Pure Awareness.
In the french book Parfum de Devotion
it is said Shakti brings you to the Throne of Allah
Shakti is not God
it is The Power of God that brings your attention/you
to sahasrara
where the spirit of the Heart is liberated Above Head/thoughts
and is thus Pure Awareness.
if prophets had come for religion itself, which is now seen as a set of prescription about hell and heaven, the first muslims who died in the beginning of islam while being persecuted would not have been considered muslim by this standard, for they died before the religion was completed.
Prophets came to show the way to the Source
and sets of prescriptions were a given method to thread the path
towards self realisation at best, at least to remain as much centered as one can.

Ah! I loved watching Jodha Akbar,
so much to say. may be will update this post later.
I loved this citation about the winning,
when the Queen ask to his Husband how he is so sure about it,
and He answered :
car notre dieu aura gagné votre coeur ! Akbar
For our God would have won your Heart
this definitely is a Great (Akbar) God lol!
The One that wins heart, hence the greatness.
and it is all the more great to hear that,
when you know the Queen Jodha is from another religion (Hinduism)
and the King Akbar is Muslim.
as it was the Queen intial challenge that Akbar manage to win her heart,
her people's heart
when he attributes the winning to his God
that is all the more in line with her request
while defeating the competition of both religions
for it is a winning detached from human use of (greedy) power
for it is a winning that unified both people
not dividing them one above the other.
hence you see
that divine greatness lies in winning people's heart.
