one has to find true meaning of the arabic word to get it
for the next verse gives the hint :

Giving
hmm,
following the preceding post.
this is WHY the people of old
used to give their own daughters to marriage to their enemy
initially i mean,
two enemies countries would give their very own daughter to marry to their
most disliked partner
well, initially,
it is always pure, it is always later that rules are used for selfish purpose
and corrupted.
For when you feed your ego
it grows
and your ego likes not the other
and his rules
but to integrate him in you
you have to give
Gifts are made to "increase love" between two parties
the love spoken of, is of course the one on the energetic level
when we give to someone something we cherish most
because it is so close to us, that the giving of it, provoke a feeling of lack
then it is the best test
to show you that you have had assimilated this object in you
so much that you are identifying yourself with it.
Giving it to another,
even more your children in wedlock,
is such a generous donation of yourself
for in a way you make grow something,
all this while

it seems unfair,

the ego is not bad in the sense that it is an i am

is bad because its individual "i am"-ness, it negates the GREATNESS of its ONE

well, i feel it so.the more we act for the i am,
this limited identity
the more we witness that we do not need the other;

nor want to experience new horizons
and from these "i am borders", we make limits in our expansion and growth
in connecting with others
these in turns strengthen even more our sense of reality of the "i am"
of course the "i am" is not permanent, nor can it sustain itself alone
everything in nature has to take part into a cycle
without which no renewal nor growth is possible.
Law of nature are what man has forgotten
and is scared of
in the notions of "letting go" or of "giving"
Mankind is scare of jumping into the Ocean,
he fears that he will get drown...
: ) well in a way it is true, his limited sense of self will be drown,
like pharon in the sea, such a famous history and metaphor.
for the pharon used to represent the ego, the false master
making slaves of its people which wish to live life to the fullest.

the more we give ourselves to chance to erase the limits of the "i am"
because when we collect for ourselves we build/strengthen with mortar our house of brick
but when we give... then we are puzzled!
so we say what it serves me to give? i give, and what i see is only loss for me quantity-wise.
i only see lack, what i should have is no moreetc. then, the sense of stinginess comes in.
but if we get self realisation
we know then, we are connected to the whole
this is in its simplest form a connection to the wholenow when we give, we know we are making one more step with each giving
towards a NEW and GREATER and FAR more expandable identity which is the TRUE SELF
hence the importance of collectivity!

well, when the sun does its job, it does it in all fairness!
the sun misses not even a corner saying, "ok let this place, no use to give light to it,
and honestly who cares?"
no, when it gives light, it gives it to all places. even those which seem "purposeless".
I feel that is the real beauty of a person,
not to deem another "bundle of energy" (be it a person or a thing) to be useless,
but when one sees it, just honor it with our own light.
and by doing so, what we do,
we give to ourselves, to our identity a new expanding sense of I AM.
Actually by giving, we are just un-covering, dis-covering, who we really are.

here we have learned the true meaning of Giving,
BECAUSE we have learned the TRUE meaning of the TRUE SELF
that we are ALL connected by the SAME and ONE and ONLY Divine Energy
which makes that ALL and ANY kind of Goodness you do to others,
then you do it AUTOMATICALLY to yourself.
Therefore,
it is HOW when you give to others
in your daily routine
you give ALSO to yourself.

Spirit and Life
the advantage of the spirit is
that it divides not
it is not secluded or limited to a persona
and it is wide and generous
the disadvantage of it
is that it exist not on the human level
therefore
it is improbable to rest in a place with it
so seeking for a solution
the one that is most practical on the human level
and yet fulfilling on the spiritual one
is indeed the healing aspect of this gap
to heal it within when one feels it.

Mind being in turmoil - angry or sad,
it is a great opportunity to find the immortal within
meaning,
raise spine, raise energy and then feel it/vibes.
then LOCATE the feeling of unease in body as energy and WATCH it.
this is the meaning of catching the mind while it is disturbed,
and so, of FINDING the immortal witness.
i used to first calm the mind,
was aiming at calming the pestering thoughts of worries, stress, argumentation, sadness etc.
meaning, "ok don't worry, for this is still ok under such and such circumstances"
then meditate, to watch the energy.
but that was wasting the opportunity to free myself from the mind precisely,
for i was relying on it, or giving it back power to control.
so catch the mind while it is disturbed,
AS IT IS ON THE FIRST HIT (not by lessening the amount of what you need to relinquish,
no, relinquish it ALL! as it IS.
For we use reasons, which on the spot are true, but no eternal wagon to travel in,
because we WANT TO SAVE part of our "hopes" which are actually part of our ego.
why do we feel saving something? as if we were poor, if in truth we are ALL rich within?
so it means it is the ego whining not your true self.the one which is all rich does not seek to save itself from destruction. that which is eternal does not worry to be saved. FOR IT IS ALREADY.was always and will always be.)
and FIND the immortal witness.
ps : one can always find reasons to calm the mind,
true reasons, but with passing of time,
the reasons themselves will collapse and
be no more true.

Time travel
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2006) English

I've actually grown to believe in time-travelers. Sometimes I wonder If I died somehow and someone came back and saved me lmao xDDD· 3

The aunt said that her life never returned... But she also said that the main character isn't like her at all, that she would look for him if he didn't come back- also... He said that HE would WAIT for HER.Fascinating this time travelling about the different time zone/generations(?!) in the SAME time then! like the Aunt is meeting her niece/the young girl who is she when she was in the past. But then, it would be the Aunt and the girl are the same person.
to save us before we die, and thus are still alive.
It is just that others ran short of time and could not see what they did,
but some knows for they believed, even though they time leapt not ;)

Just finished watching the Girl Who Leapt Through Time and loved it.
Like a lot of people, I immediately went through a ton of Google
searches to see how everyone explained the ending… and I really couldn't
find one that made sense! So I'm offering my own. Feel free to tear
it apart. But FIRST let's debunk a couple theories:
Theory #1: Makoto's aunt is actually the older version of Makoto. Ok, this is wrong on so many levels. 1) Foremost, the aunt is identified as Kazuko Yoshihara (ok, I confess, I'm relying on wikipedia here), and she is actually the main character of her own time-travel adventures in the original novel series. The entire movie is actually a spin-off from the original plot:

2) From a character development point of view, her aunt specifically tells her, "But Makoto, you're different, you're nothing like me, are you?" 3) Makoto has never shown any interest or talent in art 4) Why would she need to go back in time to restore a painting, and why interact with "herself" pretending to be her own aunt? 5) In this universe, when you go back in time, you "become" your old self you don't interact with yourself. In all of Makoto's time jumps, she never "runs" into versions of herself or even sees herself (ala Back to the Future), she actually becomes herself, retaining all of the memories from her future (ala Butterfly Effect, Groundhog Day). If Makoto went back in time to restore the painting, she would find herself in the younger version of her body. 6) How would she "fool" Makoto's mother into thinking they were sisters? (Makoto's mother gives Makoto peaches to give to her aunt and is concerned that she is still unmarried - so either Makoto's mom is "in on the time-travel secret" or Makoto went back in time and lived an entire life pretending to be her mother's sister or Makoto's mother's memory was altered. None of these is plausible, so it makes much more sense that Makot's aunt is really, actually, just her aunt and nothing more)
Theory #2: Chiaki is a con artist who tricks adolescent women with his charms to take up painting restoration as their profession in hopes that his victims will preserve the painting until his timeline. WTF? This is a pretty twisted interpretation. My objections are 1) That's not what happened in the original series (see link above) 2) The aunt is already restoring the painting, why not get her to "preserve" it as well? Why bring in a worthless high school kid to do a job, when you already have a seasoned curator with access and all of the credentials to make sure the painting survives? And if not himself, why not FIRST manipulate Makoto into preserving the painting, and THEN give her the power of time travel to actually accomplish that goal? 4) If you were seducing a girl to get her to do something, and you wanted a redundancy plan "just in case", would you really go about trying to seduce HER NEICE to do the same job? 5) If all you cared about was a painting, why wouldn't you "stick" around until it was finished, or at least "drop in" from time to time to make sure the aunt hadn't given up? It doesn't make sense for Chiaki to manipulate the aunt when she was in high school, and then never contact her again, and just "hope" that the seeds he planted would result in her going to school for art, devoting her life into art restoration, and then actually devoting years to restoring the very specific painting that he wanted in the first place?
None of these make sense. I'm not saying that the movie is perfect, it definitely could have been done better to make more sense, but technically, I think all the plot-holes can be explained away. So here is my own interpretation. I'm definitely making up a lot of stuff, but I think it actually does make sense and fits in with the "spirit" of the movie…
Chiaki is just a kid from the future, growing up during a time of desolation and hopelessness. Somehow, he hears of a beautiful and magical painting that was created in the past during a similarly desolate and hopeless time, but the painting has been lost. So, he believes that if only he could see that painting for himself, it would bring him the hope and inspiration he needs to live his life in that desolate hopeless time. So he uses the time-walnut to "time-jump" and he probably makes a lot of mistakes along the way, until he finally finds the time period he is looking for, but he only has one last "jump". He does have an extra time-walnut, but he probably decides to use it only in an emergency. When he finally gets to the museum, the painting is, unfortunately, being restored. The jumps are difficult to judge (especially jumping to a time period outside of his lifetime and experience), and it took almost the entire walnut just to get to this time period, so he decides to just "live" in this time, until the painting is restored, rather than wasting his "jumps" trying to find the painting. But while he is living in this time, he makes friends with Kosuke and falls in love with Makoto. All the while, however, he is checking the museum every day to see whether the painting is finished (every time Makoto goes to the museum, you see this guy in the background looking at the exhibit… and he vaguely resembles Chiaki). He probably would have "frozen" time and snuck into the museum to see the painting half-restored, except he didn't know Makoto's aunt was restoring the painting on the premises, and just assumed it was being restored at some unknown place. Better to just wait for the painting, and plus, the "waiting" ended up being pretty fun, in of itself.
Ok, so then the whole movie takes place from here. In explaining the ending, I'll refer to these important moments in the timeline:
A) Makoto falls on the time-walnut in the science room and gets 90+ time jumps
B) Makoto uses her "#02" time jump (next to last time jump) to setup Kosuke with the shy girl by arranging the wrestling guys to push Kosuke into the shy girl. This results in Kosuke borrowing Makoto's bike and he sends Makoto a text.
C) Makoto races to the train tracks to prevent the impending disaster, and gets to the train crossing with one last jump, only to see the train pass harmlessly by without any incident.
D) Makoto walks away from the tracks and talks to Chiaki on the phone, when Chiaki figures out Makoto is time leaping and asks her.
E) Makoto freaks out and uses her "#01" time jump to negate the conversation.
F) Kosuke & girl crashes into the train, and Makoto does not have any more time jumps to prevent the accident.
As Makoto is running after Kosuke, she trips and rolls downhill screaming (you can see all the cuts and bruises that she sustains as she is screaming for Kosuke), when all of a sudden, she opens her eyes and there are NO cuts and bruises on her face, everything is frozen, and Chiaki explains that he used his last time jump to prevent the incident. At this point, Makoto believes that Chiaki rolled back time to right before point F). But really, Chiaki had used his time jump to go right after point B) above. Presumably, after Kosuke sent the text to Makoto, Chiaki steals Makoto's bike before Kosuke can get to it. Then Chiaki rides Makoto's bike to intercept Makoto at point C). At this point, Chiaki needs to come clean with Makoto, because 1) she needs to know 2) he loves her 3) Makoto will probably figure it out anyways. However, in doing so, he violates the "Time Law", whose punishment is ceasing to exist. While time is frozen, he lingers long enough to bare his true self to Makoto, before resuming time and fading into oblivion.
Now, because Chiaki had rolled back time to point B) and not point F), the conversation between Makoto and Chiaki never occurred (though curiously, she remembers it occurring) and Makoto never used her last time-jump. When she realizes this, she uses her last time jump, to "Super-Jump" all the way back to the beginning of the movie at point A). She confronts Chiaki with the truth and time-walnut. She tells Chiaki that she can't time-jump anymore (having used her last time-jump to get her here). HOWEVER, she gives Chiaki a used-up time-walnut! This means that Chiaki must actually still have 90+ time jumps. She never used any of them because she time-jumped back to a moment before she had used any time-jumps! The movie has already established that it is possible to "take back" your time jumps by jumping to a time period before you used your time jumps. You could argue that you need someone else to time-jump you, and you can't "time-jump yourself" to get your time-jumps back, but the movie doesn't definitively support one argument over the other since it only tracked Makoto's time jump at 90, 50, and 1. Anyways, even though Makoto "knows" about time-jumps, in this new reality, Chiaki is "safe" from the law, because he technically never "told" her about it yet. You can't fault a guy for doing something he hasn't done yet, right? Now at the end of the movie, I think that Chiaki then realizes that Makoto still has 90+ time jumps, so he's telling her that he's waiting for her to jump into his time.
Ok, I know my explanation isn't perfect, but I think it makes more sense then Theory #1 and Theory #2. Here's my lame rationalizing to several possible objections….
Chiaki waited months for the painting, why didn't he wait a couple more days to see it? Chiaki never meant to stay more than a day and realized how precarious it was to only have one more time-jump. Plus, under Makoto's assurances, the second he returned, he would see it. But most importantly, I think the painting was no longer his inspiration to live. That inspiration was now Makoto, herself.
Why didn't she just text back/call back, "Careful, Kosuke, my brake's broken." Maybe she did (off camera) and got no response, so was actually worried that Kosuke didn't receive the message (which he didn't).
Why was Chiaki in the science room after he just said he wasn't interested in helping Makoto with her chores? Chiaki was being a creepy stalker, and was secretly spying on Makoto.
If you know you're going to crash in the train on a bike without brakes, why not just jump off the bike? People don't think properly in the heat of the moment.
Chiaki had 1 last time jump and a full time-walnut. Why didn't he just "charge" himself earlier? Every time-jump is precious, so he was waiting to use his last time jump before recharging, because maybe he would "lose" that time jump.

Ok, finally, I'd like to ask my own question. Is the painting real and is it in the Tokyo Museum of Art? One of these days, I'm planning a trip to Studio Ghlibli in Tokyo, and if the painting is really in the Tokyo Museum of Art, I'd now like to see that too.
Theory #1: Makoto's aunt is actually the older version of Makoto. Ok, this is wrong on so many levels. 1) Foremost, the aunt is identified as Kazuko Yoshihara (ok, I confess, I'm relying on wikipedia here), and she is actually the main character of her own time-travel adventures in the original novel series. The entire movie is actually a spin-off from the original plot:

2) From a character development point of view, her aunt specifically tells her, "But Makoto, you're different, you're nothing like me, are you?" 3) Makoto has never shown any interest or talent in art 4) Why would she need to go back in time to restore a painting, and why interact with "herself" pretending to be her own aunt? 5) In this universe, when you go back in time, you "become" your old self you don't interact with yourself. In all of Makoto's time jumps, she never "runs" into versions of herself or even sees herself (ala Back to the Future), she actually becomes herself, retaining all of the memories from her future (ala Butterfly Effect, Groundhog Day). If Makoto went back in time to restore the painting, she would find herself in the younger version of her body. 6) How would she "fool" Makoto's mother into thinking they were sisters? (Makoto's mother gives Makoto peaches to give to her aunt and is concerned that she is still unmarried - so either Makoto's mom is "in on the time-travel secret" or Makoto went back in time and lived an entire life pretending to be her mother's sister or Makoto's mother's memory was altered. None of these is plausible, so it makes much more sense that Makot's aunt is really, actually, just her aunt and nothing more)
Theory #2: Chiaki is a con artist who tricks adolescent women with his charms to take up painting restoration as their profession in hopes that his victims will preserve the painting until his timeline. WTF? This is a pretty twisted interpretation. We are seeing Life through the filter of our OWN consciousnesses

we are WORLDS whirling
individually it is all what we do
we whirl , like a whirlpool
BUT we don't know that we are the world that we witness
it HAPPENS that two worlds are at SOME point in "space and time"
crossing each others' path
like two people/worlds/whirpool having ONE common atom in time/space
it is then HOW we see ONE thing the same way
because we have been gathered together on the SAME level of perception
this why for instance if two people meet a third one which is MEAN
he is mean because they are both taping , each into their OWN subconsciousness on the same LOW level, (not exactly same, as INTENSITY of rejection may vary)
but for sure we would both tap into the same BOX (dislike instead of liking)
this is HOW we then CONCLUDE that life is real
for we both have somehow SAME perception
but it is not REALITY
it is just a CHOICE that we both made then its consequence is that we see SAME thing
but in NO way it is the reality
so if this third person also feels himself to be mean
he is ALSO taping in the same box of negativity
then, the three of us are stuck into this same reality / corruption of attention
but if on the spot i SEE it
and decide to realise it is not true but only seeing the Reality through the filter of my chosen low level consciousness
and that this third person too is deluded into believing the scenario of "being mean"
then, it JUST reflects the "identity" he has chosen for himself
the one he believes himself to be.

the wooden stick BECAME the Snake which ate the other fake snakes
who ended up becoming ropes.
there the magicians realised the Truth

what could they have possibly SEEN?
they saw that they were playing with the veils in people's consciousness
making them, the blind ones, see not things "as they really are"
but playing on their blindness of their cave
and ignorance
to make them thus believe that they had snakes, while it was only ropes
so themselves they knew they have ropes
but they make people believe it was snakes
because i feel they were a degree superior on them
and had thus the ability to trick people by the little power they had to play on veils
but Moses he had the POWER of GOD
that KUNDALINI awakened so much that he made a WOODEN stick EAT their own ropes
and that action, the one that BROKE their own self-created realities
assured them that it was TRUE.
for it was ABOVE their ABILITY to trick
actually IT had the POWER to SEE and END their trick
AN AUTONOMOUS and WORKING power

so either it is a BLENDING that is love
or it is a CLASH and that is really FIERY, GOSH
ok a blending even in love is too sad, if the blending is a low level one
and to be maintain at that level without the desire to soar
but still it is a blending but ONLY for that time and place
TILL the rate of evolution/whirling changes
so guess if one guy evolves more rapidly or in a different direction than his lover
oh guess the gap that is profiling itself on the horizon?!
Gosh too much clash in the story of Life
this is WHY so better to come to the center of that whirlpool or tornado
and then meet all possible worlds and realities you wish to taste or experience.
less hurtful and more enjoyable.
and also, this is how you can guess whether you have managed or not to
go out of your false association with the "outside" characteristic.
for if you experience a dislike, pain or hurt THEN THEN THEN you know
you are prying into your own subconsciousness or consciousness?

impossible to do that at a slow rate of a 2 hour meditation per day.

but today it was a revelation
so beautiful lyrics as well.
The movie is as beautiful as the song and its lyrics.
The lady had a beautiful heart but was too fat , thus despite her beautiful voice she was just lending her voice to beautiful "singers".
After her plastic surgery, what was odd, is that she had the beauty but knew no more how to sing beautifully, i.e. with the heart, till this song started and made her remember to let go of her physical fixation.
